Great apartment and amenities with helpful guest services. Highly recommend.

Well stocked kitchen, full size fridge, 2 bedrooms, 2 connected bathrooms, nice room layout with comfortable furniture, 3 TVs, large closets, convenient parking, adequately heated pool and hot tub (most pools are too cold), washer and dryer in room. The hotel also allowed us to check in a little early. Guest Services is very helpful and gracious.

Air Conditioner only cooled to 77/78 degrees during daytime and around 73 at night. We did not report this to guest services as it was bearable. Would have preferred the AC cool to low 70’s. Internet was down for first day, guest services did take care of this on the 2nd day. I think an 11:00 check out and a 3:00 check in should be adequate. 10:00 and 4:00 — 6hrs is a lengthy time required for housekeeping.

Nice place and great communication from company, but would not stay here again.

It had a great pool and hot tub. Reached out to the owners and they sent maitnence right away. They are awesome with communication.

The air conditioning took VERY long to get cold, and still wouldn’t get cold overnight. Lowest it would go is 72 at night. Our sheets were stained, and the elevator stopped on us and we were stuck in there for a few moments. We did not use the elevators again until we left due to that. The elevator that stopped on us has been expired since 8/1/2023. Washer and dryer was listed on the listing so I didn’t bring anything to wash clothes but if I had known beforehand it would have been amazing.

There was plenty of space for our family. The pull out couch was surprisingly pretty comfortable. Had shampoo and conditioners, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra trash bags, plenty of dishes and toilets (specific pool towels vs bathing towels!! 😍) Pool area was great, easy parking situation, and the turtles in the pond were great fun to watch.

We had to call several different numbers on check in night because we booked so late so no information was sent to us on how or where to go, what room we were in, how to get in. The number on the door was the one that finally worked, they manually let us on after about 2 hours. The floors were still disgustingly dirty when we checked in at 11 pm. We had to scrub our kids feet because they were black by the end of the day. The guest tv was not working most of the trip until I got an IT guy on the phone to help me fix it.

It was quiet and didn’t hear much from neighboring rooms. The room was settled in corner so perhaps that was the plus.

I did not like having to ensure toilet lever would have to be pushed to ensure that the tank filled so that toilet can flush.

The condo was beautiful and wonderfully stocked! We had a shower head break, and they sent a maintenance man the very next day! He was an awesome guy who told us a lot of history about the island.

The master headboard isn’t attached very week, so it made it awkward to sit up on the bed with nothing to lean back on. We have zero complaints!!

The suite was very dirty and dusty! We were awoken early morning with construction going on in building! Too CLOSE to airport!!!!! I have been contacting the property and still have not gotten a resolved issue!!

Fair not up to par as most places I have stayed.

Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was adequately adequately equipped. Out of the bar district, but close enough to catch the bus. Pool is very nice.

No washer and dryer in the unit. Only 3 washer and dryers for the building, which were usually being used. We had packed lightly, assuming we could wash and wear, but that wasn't possible. The air conditioning had no adjustment control. I don't like cold, so I literally froze every night. Would have made my stay a lot more comfortable if I could have warmed up the unit! The master bedroom TV gets only one channel, I like "white" noise to fall asleep, which was impossible when you have to listen to how sick babies are on the health channel!! The master bathroom needs an upgrade. The vanity top is decomposing, The guest bathroom was much nicer. All the rugs in the unit need to be replaced or at least deep cleaned, they are filthy. Please be aware I am giving the condo a better rating than I would anywhere else. I realize Key West is a tourist town and things get worn more fquickly.

Very Nice Accomodations

Comfortable beds and living room area. Nice balcony! The landscaping in the parking area and property was beautiful. Enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub! Loved the easy check in and out procedure.

Parking was challenging sometimes. I would have really liked salt and pepper shakers to be furnished in the kitchen. Also, a 9x13 casserole dish would have been helpful.

Spacious unit with comfy bedding

Spacious 2-bedroom unit, which accommodates 2 couples, nice balcony to enjoy morning coffee/tea or bottle of wine at eve, bedrooms are separated by living space, which gives each couple privacy. We stayed for a one night , didn't use Kitchenet but it's nice to have it for a longer staying . Good location, quite, 7 min drive to Stoned Crab. The Email was sent after booking with the key Code and precise direction on how to find the unit since it's a big condominium complex ( I provide this info since it's important to know how to get to the property without personal check-in). Find bed and linens comfortable. Basic. it was a best price option at the time in Key West ( $553 for 2 couple to share the suite). Overpriced for the property, but we enjoyed it!

Spülmaschine nicht mehr in Verankerung, kippt beim Öffnen der Tür, teilweise funktionieren Steckdosen nicht. Aufzug ausserhalb Wartungsintervall. Fluglärm. Blick auf Flughafen. Suberkeitszustand kann verbessert werden.

War ohne Frühstück, Pool sehr sauber und geräumig, schade, dass die Toiletten zugesperrt waren. Toll, dass es 2 Badezimmer hatte. Balkon top.

Passte sonst alles. Apartment war etwas warm, nicht den Regler der Klimaanlage gefunden.
