Property is easy to find and very clean. My husband and i were there with my parent's for 2 nights and we were all very comfortable. The pool area is very nice with many chairs and a shaded area. Was very happily surprised to see a little neighborhood grocery store and a BBQ food truck. We would stay here again.

We had a great visit to this property for our family’s first trip to Key West. The communication from host was excellent and prompt. The unit is great, could use some updates in a few areas but absolutely everything we needed and very clean. We were there over Easter so the building was busy and a lot of party groups which I wasn’t really expecting, but that had no impact on the unit itself. Otherwise the location is good, just outside the main downtown area, next to the airport. We loved the balcony and sitting enjoying the sunset. Would recommend!

Very nice 2 bedroom condo by the airport and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown key west. Loved having a pool and tennis court. Apt had tennis rackets and balls. Condo had everything we needed including pots and pans to cook with. Margaret was super responsive and very easy to work with. Would stay again.

The unit was clean and all locations toured were close to the rental property. Area secure quiet covered parking was a plus. Unit owner/property manager easily assessable for any and all questions quickly responded and ready to resolve any issues. We will travel to this area again.

We loved the place although you should let those looking to rent that it is next to the airport. The planes didn’t bother us but it may bother others. The cleanliness of the room was excellent but I did have a problem with the pool area. The pool and the surrounding area was not cleaned on a daily basis. There were iguana droppings there the entire stay. My granddaughter was cut by a piece of glass on the pool deck. Overall though we would definitely stay next time we are in the area. Thank you Margaret for the quick response every time I had a question😊

This property was wonderful. It was clean, completely stocked with everything you need and the owner was very quick to respond. The condo was near the airport and we would sit out in the morning to watch the planes take off and land. The planes do not fly in or out between 10pm and about 7am so staying next to the airport was not a problem. Would highly recommend this condo and the owner. We would definitely stay again.

I’d like to start by saying that Margaret is absolutely amazing and very very accommodating. The property is perfect with location, pool, convenience store even and upkeep. The condo is on the 4th (top) floor and the view from the balcony is wonderful. The sunrises and sunsets are lovely. The airport is very close but we really enjoyed watching the planes come in and out during the time we spent in the condo. Air traffic slowed down around 7pm and on one day only the earliest plane was heard around 5:30 am. We spent 3 nights here during Fantasy Fest. The condo is approximately 4.5 miles from Duval Street so you can easily take advantage of e-bikes or scooters to get back and forth. We chose to drive each day and parked in one of the local pay-to-park lots which can be quite pricey, but for us it was worth it. The kitchen is stocked with staples (dinnerware, pots and pans, etc.) The bathrooms had baskets of shampoos, conditioners and body washes and there was plenty of towels available. The condo’s grounds are well-kept and it was pretty quiet. We saw a few people walking around but never really crossed paths with anyone in the halls or in the parking lot. We didn’t visit the pool. All in all we had a pleasant visit. We felt comfortable and safe the entire time. Communication with Margaret was great, too. We appreciate you having this space available for us. Thank you!

We didn't walk anywhere from this property, but everything is a short drive (or rent a golf cart). The beds were incredibly comfortable!! It could use a few updates, but overall, was perfect for our needs! We enjoyed watching the planes, and had a beautiful sunset on our last night.
