Sunrise Suite 203

Suite 203 was perfect for our group of 5. The size of the kitchen counter was a highlight. Having a washer and dryer was also convenient. The suite was cozy but with a good amount of enough space. We also liked our view on the balcony as we could see how full the pool was. We also liked the quiet location of the property and the ease of parking.

Check-out time of 10am is way too early. Most people don't go to bed early and wake up early when vacationing in Key West. Please make the 4:30pm check-out time standard rather than a charged upgrade. We were scrambling to empty the fridge, do the dishes, empty the garbage/recycling, and pack our luggage all before 10am. At first we were all talking about coming back to Sunrise suites again soon, but then our experience leaving the room left a bad impression and has us second guessing. The quality of the bed in the second bedroom room was not as good as the bed in the master bedroom. One couple slept very well while the other couple didn't. Please upgrade the mattress and pillows in the second bedroom to match the bed and pillows from the master (even if it can't be king size). There was some existing wear and tear on several fixtures around the suite, but we didn't mind. The only problem was that the left curtain in front of the balcony was already ripped from it's wheel carriers upon arrival. Please have this repaired.
