The hotel ACTUALLY read my request for a room that did not previously have pets, due to my allergies. They upgraded me to a better room to accommodate my request! What excellent customer service đź‘Ź!!! Everyone was friendly. It was extremely clean, comfortable beds, well-stocked room, nice pool/hot tub! The breakfast was pretty good, real juices/pancake machine, etc. My only complaint was the coffee - it was the freeze-dried machine stuff and that just doesn't cut it in the morning. I was really impressed and (ask my husband) I'm really picky!

The hotel had a good selection of options for breakfast. The lobby had nice spaces for groups to gather. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel staff was freindly and helpful.
I do not have any complaints about the hotel.

location close to expressway, nice restaurants and Walgreens.
WiFi was terrible. only worked in the lobby. staff tried to help but they only stay in the lobby. we wanted to work but couldn’t. Also, guide on tv was poor, very hard to fine sports stations. very disappointing!!
