The room was severely water damaged. Stains and cracks on the ceiling, stained lampshades, stained carpet, dirty bed, frayed sheets, stained and damaged lounge chair. Spackle flecks all over in the bathroom. Damaged door. Once I turned the air down the smell and dampness of the room became very evident. I started sneezing after being in the room an hour and could feel myself getting congested. I called the front desk and they switched me to a different room. He was very accommodating and kind especially when I said my allergies started acting up.
The next room was cleaner but still not great. Stained or dirty tub. Cobwebs hanging.
Breakfast was ok. Eggs were very watery and kinda slimy and tasteless. I will not stay at a quality inn again. I don’t understand how this had so many 4 and 5 star reviews.
