Rooms are dirty , hair all over in tub and bathroom walls, blood or some look alike fluid dried to bathroom walls, floors you could visibly see the dirt and debris, after requesting a microwave that works we still did not get one, no screens on windows on second floor ( unsafe for little ones) comforter was stained on x3 occasions, toilet was plugged for entire night stay, side entryway was disgusting .....carpets were so dirty they were curled up on every edge, grass dirt and garbage on the floor , sink looked as if it was separating from the wall, and not to mention ended up with bites all over our arms, legs and neck from bed bugs. After we informed them about it and gave them the physician documents the manager ignored the situation and we were nice and professional and requested a room that was not across, above or beside that room. After that we were yelled at by the manager and were told that we needed to leave and not come back. There was homeless people hanging around outside and inside the entryway with the locked entry door propped open all night. Scary. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT STAY HERE . IM WARNING YOU. DONT DO IT

Then when we informed them. They did nothing and told us to never come back. Microwave didn't work when asked for a working microwave and 2npillows. Neither of them.
