We have stayed here a lot when returning home to visit family and its always good! It is under new ownership and you can tell! Things were different this time around and EVERYONE was so friendly and welcoming. The place was very clean and smelled fresh. Our bed was very comfortable and had a nice firm pillowtop on it. The BREAKFAST was much more healthy then times before! They still have the fresh yogurt machine but have added more healthy toppings for it like cranberries and granola! The bakery section has gotten much healthier with biscuits, different types of bagels, English muffins, wheat bread and white bread! The hot part of breakfast is either bacon or sausage patties, some type of eggs and sausage & gravy. They have two types of waffle makers one that does a big waffle and then a mini waffle maker. Fresh fruits, and a juice machine with 4 to 5 different juices. They have fresh cheese in the refrigerator along with whole milk and 2% milk, cream cheeses and hard boiled eggs. 3 types of cold cereal and packets of oatmeal. They brew fresh coffee or they have a machine that does different coffees and hot chocolate! They have changed the name to the little bar and grill and it is now called The Sawmill Bar and Grill AND BOY has it changed and it offers a variety of food including platters with Salmon or Pork Chops. Burgers, wraps and pizza! Its a very large menu. It is closed on Sundays but opened Monday - Saturday serving food 5 to 8.

Breakfast good. Lots of space on bathroom vanity. Enough outlets for charging devices. Common area (with fireplace) very comfy.
Mattress not comfortable. Ran out of Kleenex after two. No extra box. Clock showed wrong time; had to re-set. No hose on shower head.

Our room was clean, our bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly and the breakfast served was good. At breakfast, the cook and customer service gentleman who cleaned the tables were friendly and attentive to the guests' needs.
We were unable to shower or take a bath because the tub water faucet was broken and came off in our hands. We reported this when checking out. The desk clerk was polite and apologized but offered nothing further.
