Very clean and updated. Good breakfast. Fantastic stay. The night and next morning desk staff were very helpful. All cleaning staff was very friendly and professional professional when encountered.This is always my go to hotel when I stay in Eau Claire. This location is the best Springhill suites I have stayed in.
Check-in staff couldn't find my reservation even aftler I showed them my confirmation. Hotel stated they were fully booked and couldn't help me. Very stressful. Gentleman checking me in went and got supervisor. She had a problem finding reservation, but did find it. Stated there were usually issues with booking.com. I had requested a top floor room at the time of booking. That was not accomodated. Later that same shift I asked to charge treats for my grandchildren to my room. I was told that was too difficult and I should pay cash. The night shift was able to charge water to my room with no issues.

I enjoyed that the room and facilities appeared very clean.
Super loud hallway on first floor (not what I asked for at all in the special request). Lots of kids running up and down. Doors slamming. People standing in front of my room talking very loudly.
