Location and accommodations were good and price was fair

We stayed on the first floor that I had requested. Only downfall was the room above us woke us up about 11 pm and kept up their noisy walking and banging until 4am. Breakfast was none existent, coffee offered tasted burnt

Place to stay with false promises

Location and a place to stay

Staff stated that they gave me a special room where no one will be staying on the floor above me. This was promised to me on their own behalf since I am there for work and need plenty of rest (per staff). Turned out they did book the room above me since I woke up to my room shaking and bed above me creaking -.- this lasted most of the night. Oh well life happens

Nice place to stay if you dont require fancy amenities.

The hotel is in a great location. The clerk was very friendly and informative at check-in. He even assisted me with my luggage since I had a huge suitcase & there isn't an elevator. The property is well lighted and very clean. I received an email that morning prior to check-in stating that they wouldnt offer breakfast, but they did offer a small continental breakfast with coffee & juice, breakfast bars and fresh fruit. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. I received Kentcuky Derby souvenirs when I checked out. The entire staff were very nice.

Older property with NO elevator. Wash cloths and towels were thin and rough. These were not deal breakers for me!
