The front desk clerk was rude they take ur money even when you don’t stay Was told I needed a 7 day stay via the clerks mouth and I only required a 1-2 day stay and then I was told to leave property and they still took funds from me

Nothing bc it had roaches and I had switch rooms and then tried to charge us a $53 pet fee the morning of checkout saying that the guy the night before didn't let them know. But the rooms are gross and not clean and I'm cleaning all my stuff when I get home! I think I deserve a refund really bc neither one of us were able to sleep.

The cable in the first room didnt have a wire,so instead of providing a wire i had to pack my room and change rooms, killed 2 roaches in both rooms, very loud neighbors, furniture was all falling apart and dirty, all hinges in all rooms were rusty, carpet was gross, toliet was clogged, if you ever need a place to stay.. run far from this place it just needs to be torn down.

I loved that the location was near several restaurants, and my drive into work wasn't bad.

I didn't like the rusty appliances and the roaches.

Convenient and less priced than other hotels near by.

The room was dirty. It also had cigarette burns on the floors, and counters. appliances were broken, the refrigerator looked like someone just sprayed cleaner in it and left it. The bathroom tub needs maintenance because it would only work on shower mode. You could hear the other rooms partying and playing music well after midnight.

Found a bowl of old dried up pineapple in the fridge

For the price, there’s really nothing that I didn’t like. However, the staff was not very friendly at all.

I like the area of the hotel and it was peaceful.

The room was not as advertised on the website and had a older model TV, furniture, and it wasn't the cleanest. The building really needs a pressure wash and you can smell urine on some of the stairsways. People leave their doors open to release the smell of illegal things into the air (420), and guys constantly probe around the building at nite asking questions, watching you inside your personal vehicle, and being pervertive. This place needs security at nite for women to be safer if staying alone.

The card key for the door died several times and electricity was off for half a day in 90 degree tenmerature.

The location of the property was convenient, and the beds were decent.

The property claims to be non smoking, yet as soon as we walked into the lobby to check in, we were bombarded with a wall of tobacco smell. Clearly the front desk lady had been smoking in there, and it stank. The smell even seeped into the room next door with the vending and washing machines. As far as the room itself goes, it was ok. There were no outlets on or near the nightstand, so I had to charge my stuff on the other side of my bed from a wall outlet that took up the entire cable length. Finally, booking.com says that breakfast is included, but it’s really just a “breakfast bar.” They only have coffee, oatmeal and packaged muffins. Nothing like a continental breakfast.

A nice place, clean room, friendly staff, good area with lots of restaurants / shops and easily accessible to downtown on the bus. If you are booking, I'd suggest asking for an even number room as they are not facing the road. I would definitely recommend this place...

Nice and simple for a great price. Nothing fancy but everything you need.

I film in the area sometimes. It convenient for long stays. Just wish I could have paid for a late checkout. I didn’t have to be on set until 3:30. I was hoping I could pay extra and checkout at 1. I asked but unfortunately they don’t do that. I would love to be able to use this extended stay when filming in the area. And, may when it’s possible. But, I’ll probably have to find one that will allow me to pay for a late checkout. However. Great hotel for the price.

I had all that I needed for a good night at Extended Stay. It was clean & spacious enough. I wasn't expecting too much for the low cost. I did not eat the breakfast because of dietary needs. Having hard boiled eggs and / or greek unsweetened yogurt would go a long way for those who cannot eat the Standard American Diet. But the location is excellent, I really appreciate the little kitchenette and the woman who welcomed me was a jewel and so kind! She even came and washed the floor when I discovered it hadn't been properly mopped, as the floor was all sticky with soapy cleaner. After that it was fine. I think for an "extended stay" it would be an even better deal, but it provided me with all that I needed for a night. It was also nice that I could drive right up to my room and unload everything so easily. Here you're right in the midst of a shopping district so you can find many things within a short distance. Even in the midst of everything, it was pretty quiet and peaceful. I also appreciate the kitchenware items that were provided!

My room wasn't "squeaky clean" - I did not a bug or two, a few hairs, in the bathroom and around the kitchen. It wasn't a big deal. As I mentioned the floor was all sticky upon my arrival. There were no other rooms to move to so I had to deal with it until the receptionist could help. But for the price it was fine. Thank you for your kind service!

Filthy dirty. We were afraid to touch the fridge door it was so filthy. We bought brillo pads and spray cleaner and cleaned it off and got air fresheners. The mildew was so bad I had terrible allergies and a migraine from it!! Also, breakfast is not included! It says it is, but it isn’t. It’s coffee and a granola bar!!

The maintenance man was super friendly and helpful.

The front desk person was unfriendly to the point of being rude. I was charged $9 more than quoted, and they refused to explain the difference AND refused to give me a receipt. The door locks were touchy and they accused me of demagnetizing the key BEFORE finally opening the door by rapidly swiping the key multiple times before the clerk could get it to open. Finally, the TV remote was missing, which we discovered later. We didn't want to deal with the clerk so we didn't ask for another

There was no breakfast but that's okay I still like the value of this hotel property and for the convenience of my location and monthly travel itineraries

Breakfast wasn't all i had hoped and the neighbors were loud. My only complaints. But everything else was great!!! Staff was pleasant the rooms were a good side and comfortable!

Location and Price. It is situated in a good area, very close to the hospitals and plenty of restaurants and other stores. The price is very cheap, but no excuse for the lack of standards.

This place is gross. It is situated in a prime location, but is so poorly managed and maintained. The bed in my room had body fluid stains and body hair on it. It was clear the sheets had not been changed but rather just the bed made. There are bugs. I personally killed two cockroaches and a wolf spider. The room had a musty smell, could be mold. My room was near the stairwell and I overheard others talking about bugs. The floor was filthy. I was locked out of my room the second night, attempted to contact someone for help but received none. When I discussed this with the staff the next morning, they had a "not my fault" attitude and told me I should contact their corporate office. They also took a photograph of my drivers' license and credit card, despite having a chip-card reader for incidentals - this is a MAJOR ID theft red flag and highly unsecure. The staff also would not explain to me why this was necessary.
