About this villa rental
Our house is located in the Village PORTO LUNA 2, a beautiful quiet and safe environment, among the scents and colors of flowers, in a privileged position with magnificent views, privacy and a few steps from the beach of IS TRAIAS of white sand and rocks. The sea slopes gently, ideal and safe for children and adults (c. 5 min walk).
The long beach of Simius - Timi Ama - Porto Giunco can be reached with a short walk through the smooth rocks (route not recommended for children). The house has an independent entrance and is composed of a large covered terrace facing the sea, table and chairs and two sun loungers for your relaxation. Entering the house you will be welcomed into a small dining room with table, chairs, LCD TV, sofa as well as a small bedroom with a bunk bed and wardrobe compartment. On the lower floor there is, in addition to the kitchenette, the bathroom with shower and bidet (both with windows). On the mezzanine floor there is the double bedroom with direct access to the second covered terrace, always with sea view, with stone BBQ, stone sink and small garden. At the foot of the staircase is the small room that houses the washing machine. There is air conditioning (hot / cold). Parking place for residents (not assigned, uncovered, not guarded). On the beach there is lifeguard service and a few meters from the sea you will find the 'S'Amada' bar / restaurant. The property was renovated internally in 2012 and the bathroom redone in February 2019, the roof thermal insulation system was made with ecological materials. Given the presence of stairs, the structure is not suitable for those with mobility difficulties or very small children.
The house is equipped with bed / bath linens. On request we can rent cushions for outdoor deckchairs.
The garbage, previously divided according to the rules, must be taken to the appropriate ecological island of the village. No waste must be left in the house at the end of the stay, otherwise an amount to be quantified will be withheld from the deposit.

The villa is exactly like the pictures only the sea is a lot nearer than the pictures show,its a short walk down the path to the beach,and the villa beach bar ,ice cold beer 5€ a pint and lovely food ,you will be met by christina ,you will love her ,loved the view ,breathtaking ,would love to return there

Clean and very comfy studio with wonderful waterfront view from both the balconies. We loved grilling and eating with such a view. Communication and check in/out was easy and smooth. Make sure to bring your own bath and kitchen essentials tho cause they do not provide it (soap, oil, salt, sugar etc).

Lovely location and good communication. The holiday was somewhat spoilt by irritating problems. On arrival the TV didn’t work, a kitchen light didn’t work and there were no means to light the gas hob. We also noted a bad smell from the bathroom. Franco resolved these issues when we informed him. However, we didn’t advise him of the bathroom smell. A leak developed later and this transpired to be a blocked drain. This was eventually resolved. Franca done his best to sort these issues which was good, but of course it meant our holiday was not as enjoyable as we hoped it would have been.
