About this villa rental
The property, completely renovated and newly furnished, consists of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Unlimited wi-fi service is available. The rooms accommodate 5 beds in total (2 + 3). Air conditioning is present exclusively in the living area and is positioned in such a way that all rooms can use it (there is also a large floor fan). The house, equipped with mosquito nets, is absolutely fresh because it is located near the sea and suitable for children, both as regards the additional equipment (cot, high chair, stroller, beach games), and as it is structured, on a single floor at garden level. Ideal for children who can play under the watchful eye of their parents. Equipped with every comfort and cleanliness absolutely impeccable, personally supervised by the owner and not left to chance. The private garden of 300 square meters surrounds the villa on three sides and houses a particular outdoor shower, with hot water, very convenient for returning from the beach. There is also a barbecue and 2 large verandas, which are the continuation of the house, equipped with a large table, which seats up to 12 guests and a sitting area where you can relax while enjoying the fresh air. The house is located in a strategic position: 400 meters from the wonderful Simius beach, reachable on foot in about 10 minutes and 800 meters from the town center, which can also be reached on foot in a few minutes. At about 600 meters there is a playground for children. Restaurants, pizzerias and supermarkets are located 2 steps from the house, which however enjoys absolute tranquility, away from any kind of confusion or noise. Villasimius has 12 wonderful beaches to visit, spread over a relatively large area, which is why we recommend using the car.

It is a pleasure to give a glowing review to Simona and Fabio. We spent a wonderful 10 nights at their villa.The villa has everything you need. We have two teenagers, and the bunk beds were perfect for them. Everything was spotless on arrival. Modern appliances and beautifully furnished. Air Conditioning was running as it was very hot outside. Freshly made beds and plenty of bed sheets and towels if needed. Full fridge and freezer if need to store groceries. Full oven/ stove and dishwasher if needed. Two lovely ladies greeted us and with the help of Google Translate we were able to go through all the questions I had.Lovely garden to relax in and a covered porch with A/C to have meals in. Also, very handy washer and airer.Be prepared to walk as beach and town is a good 10 minute walk each way. We got our steps in which made up for the amazing restaurants in the town. Would have gone home a few kg heavier otherwise.The beach was breathtaking. Clear Turquoise Sea and white sand. Simona has plenty of umbrellas, beach blanket and two beach chairs to take to the beach. An inflatable Lilo and bat and ball. Everything we needed.The town is lovely. Lots of shops and comes alive in the evening. Street stalls selling beautiful jewellery and other items. A few bars and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Also, on your way into town, some street food vendors which were great.Supermarket had everything we needed. Meats, fresh fruit and veg and other essentials.

On arrival we were surprised to hear that the villa we had spent a lot of time choosing was not available due to an unexpected issue with the property.
However, Fabio had organised alternative accommodation at a villa very close by which was comfortable, clean and spacious with a bottle of wine and Sardinian cakes to greet us.
The BBQ area was not as good as the original villa and there was no outside shower which we were looking forward to. The villa was also on a main road from the beach which was a little noisy at times but not a major problem.
Fabio and Simona offered us a free week in the original villa later in the year as compensation for the unexpected issues which was very fair.
Fabio was a great host and answered any questions we had promptly. The beach was a short walk away and was idyllic, there are great shops and restaurants in the town which again was only a short walk away.
In summary, a great location for a relaxing seaside holiday.
