Villas in Sardinia, is situated in the heart of Villasimius, just 50 km from Cagliari / Elmas airport.
Beautiful and comfortable The beach is perfect for swimming, sea sports activities (sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing, mountain biking) , golf, tennis, rent boat) or hiking.
At the Villasimius's You can not go to the beach, or Cavoli Island to small island with a lighthouse surrounded by a wild and protected naturalist context, or Serpentara island area.

At the first level The house has an open plan living room with a fully equipped American style kitchen, a sofa, a 32 "flat screen TV, and the bathroom. In the second room there are two bedrooms, one master bed room, two bunk beds and one single bed, both of them with balcony.
Inside the beach (beach umbrella, beach towels), baby equipment on request (high chair, cot, stroller), bath towels, bed linen, necessaries for the bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, shaving gel , toothpaste, hair dryer, all included in the price for everyone guest).
If you are looking for a peaceful holiday with a beach and a sea view, you will be able to enjoy the sea and the sea.

Cozy beautiful place close to the center of Villasimius. Very nice host, always approachable for questions. Equipped kitchen and Luca provided food for the first day(s). Small rental car recommended (narrow garage).

We have stayed a week in the apartment. The location is perfect, very safe and everything is close.
Walk to the restaurant and shop just right around the corner.
Apartment is SUPER clean. A lot of supplies, everything is in place. Little balcony with chairs, beach umbrella, etc.
Luca The host is very friendly and welcoming.
I just loved staying there.

Really enjoyed our stay in Villasimius which was made even more special by finding such a fantastic apartment in a central location. The apartment had everything we needed and the terrace was really relaxing and private.
The House has a good location, just a short walk there are many bars, cafes, restaurants, bakery and food store all around.. with very good ice-cream.
The host(Luca) was very friendly and helpful, always looked after if we had any questions and was a great help in many ways!!!!
Would definitely return.

Spotless apartment with all modern comforts. Luca greeted us immediately on arrival even though we arrived early. We really enjoyed our stay. All amenities are within walking distance. Luca was very pleasant and helpful.
We highly recommend this property.
