About this house rental
The house is set in a delightful and very quiet residence, with a swimming pool open from June 15th to September 15th and a tennis court.
On the lower floor there are two double bedrooms with bathroom, one of which with an additional bed.
Upstairs there is a living room with kitchenette, equipped with all comforts, such as TV, double sofa bed, microwave, oven and a further bathroom with washing machine.
On the mezzanine floor there is a large semi-covered veranda equipped with all accessories, including outdoor umbrellas and chairs, barbeque, comfortable armchairs to relax.
Remember that the house is fully air conditioned. At 500 meters from the house there are two markets: Di Meglio and Eurospin. In 5 minutes you can reach the most beautiful beaches of Villasimius. At the port you can make excursions by boat or in sailing ships to visit the entire protected marine area.
Every Saturday morning in the town center, there is a small market with all the typical products of the area on sale. In the evening the whole center is closed to traffic and you can walk around to taste excellent homemade ice creams, watch performances by street artists, buy the best artisanal products among the stalls and shops.

We had a wonderful stay in the appartment of Gabriella. The veranda offered space for eating and relaxing meanwhile the bedrooms had very nice air conditioning. The appartment also included parasols which we could borrow for our stay at the beach. We hired bikes at the local company Green Bike in town to get around and managed to visit 6 different beaches within a range of 10-15 km a day which was perfect!Gabriella was really kind and cooperative and we enjoyed our vacacion in her appartment.

Overall impression is good. House is clean and close enough to the centre of town and few shops around. Large balcony is a nice place to have evening meal. There is a one bathroom ( where you can take shower) and two toilets instead of two bathrooms as advertised. Also we didnt spotted any signs of WiFi as listed. Neighbourhood is quiet and safe. Gabriella is a wonderful host and she has welcomed us warmly on our arrival. The only thing that we think that it could be improved on is accuracy of description. For example large communal swimming pool is open only for 3h a day between 15 of June and 15 of August. I'm not sure if we would decide on this property knowing this beforehand. Fortunatelly beaches around Villasimius are so magnificent that we didnt have to use pool at all. Overall it has been a pleasant stay and I would recommend Gabriella and her house. Maybe she needs to work on description little bit more but house is nice clean and close enough to everything . Communication was good as well.

We were welcomed by the property owners who made us feel very welcome. We are already planning another visit to Sardinia highly likely to the same property. I would highly recommend to anybody without hesitation.
