Appartamento carino, servito da ascensore o scale, a due passi dal centro. Silenzioso e con parcheggio vicino. C’era il necessario per cucinare il minimo indispensabile. Proprietario disponibile e gentile
L’appartamento sarebbe da rinnovare un pochettino, soprattutto il bagno. Anche la mancanza dell’aria condizionata si è fatta sentire purtroppo! Il solo ventilatore non è sufficiente per rinfrescare l’ambiente

La posizione, la vista, il parcheggio e il personale accogliente.
Non è specificata l'accessibilità alla struttura (ok ascensore ma prima di questo tante scale, chi ha mobilità ridotta potrebbe trovarsi in difficoltà) Scarsa pulizia, abbia trovato unghie rotte con smalto non nostre, stoviglie vecchie e arrugginite nei cassetti, ragnatele intorno ai secchi e uno scovolino del WC da paura (arrugginito e sporco all'inverosimile). Ad agosto, stare in un monolocale sotto tetto con le temperature molto più alte da anni, senza aria condizionata e con un ventilatore rumoroso è stato impegnativo.
