Everything was perfect. Fausto was very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed our stay. Beach just 5 minutes away from the beach!

Il contesto in cui è inserita non è male se vi piace la campagna. L’esterno è curato e pulito con un bel barbecue per arrostire e una veranda spaziosa.
La posizione è top per raggiungere cala sapone e altre spiagge.
Aspettatevi la classica casa di campagna un po’ trascurata! Pulizia scarsa, arredamento un po’ datato, frigo mal funzionante, fossa settica che si intasa ecc…
Presentata qua come casa indipendente ma in realtà è divisa in 2 abitazioni.
Il resto dell’annuncio è coerente, quello che vedete dalle foto, ma non aspettatevi niente di più.
Biancheria non compresa nel prezzo, ma il proprietario ne aveva con se un po’ che ci ha “affittato” per la modica cifra di 10€ a testa (60€), avevamo dato per scontato fosse compresa.
Qualità/prezzo non ci siamo proprio. Abbiamo pagato 600€ per 2 notti, (in alta stagione) si può trovare di meglio in zona allo stesso prezzo o anche meno, muovendosi per tempo.
Nel compenso siamo stati bene ma solo perché ci siamo saputi adattare, alla fine è stata un’esperienza un po’ rustica 😂.
