Sarebbe stato opportuno avere almeno 1 rotolo di carta igienica in caso di necessità Mancanza di lavastoviglie (nei servizi della casa prima dell'acquisto era presente) Sanitari molto vecchi Mancanza dello scarico indipendente della lavatrice (il tubo di scarico è volante) Il cavo elettrico della lavatrice non arriva fino alla presa sopra di essa ed è l'unica presa vicina Boiler piccolo per 4 conviventi
