Quiet residential area with parking, close to the center of Villasimius (1500 meters) and the beach (Is Traias - see photo) below 300 meters.

Federica’s place was even better than the photos with all equipment we needed and well furnished. It is really so close to the beach which is quiet and stunning (in may). Crystal clear water and white sand.
