Casa Vacanza la terrazza panoramica a 200 mt dal mare

Appartamento silenzioso, nel verde, Fuori dal centro e non nella confusione. La vista sul golfo è molto bella ma bisognerebbe potare ed abbassare la siepe di tutto il verde delle abitazioni

I 2 bagni sono da sistemare come alcune componenti dell'arredamento. Cassettiere, del bagno e della camera come anche le zanzariere. Con più cura sarebbe tutto più appeazzabile e confortevole. Si perdono, per piccole cose, recensioni migliori

Vicinissima alla spiaggia di Is Traias (anche meno di 200 metri) e in posizione strategica per raggiungere le spiagge più belle della zona. Inoltre in 5 minuti di auto si raggiunge il centro di Villasimius. La casa è ben accessoriata, anche se i mobili sono un po' datati. La terrazza è ampia e accessoriata

No house number was provided. We had to use two WhatsApp films to try and track down the apartment - not so easy!! When we arrived, no-one was there so we phoned owner, who told us where key was located. The gas cooker had a gas lighter lying on top, but gas had run out, so no means of lighting gas! No electric kettle provided - text from owner informed us Italians didn't use electric kettles!! Never noticed this during numerous previous stays in Italy when kettles were always provided! When we tried to use microwave to heat up water for tea/coffee, power went off but local consumer unit RCD/MCBs not tripped - assumed a power cut! Owner later informed us by text that there was another consumer unit shared with several other properties just off the property and that this may have tripped! We reset it and had power once more! Maintenance was poor, for example both toilet seats were close to coming off and needed adjustment. More care should have been taken to ensure standards were maintained. It was basically a lovely apartment, but was spoiled by minor relatiively trivial items that could have been easily identified and sorted out!
