Propietario gentile e disponibile anche su WhatsApp, appartamento carino ed accogliente, pulito , con tutto il necessario per cucinare, biancheria e tutto a disposizione, posizione fantastica per girare a piedi a Villasimius ma anche per spostarsi in macchina nei dintorni. Parcheggio comodo nelle vie vicine libero e in caso a pagamento (noi mai avuto difficoltà di trovare gratuito) noi siamo stati metà giugno. Varie prese per ricariche cel, bagno comodo, materassi comodi, perfetto per 3 persone. Comodo il piccolo balcone per mangiare fuori. Direi ottimo !! ☺️

Posizione centrale nella via principale ma fuori dalla ZTL. Ottimale come punto di partenza per ogni spiaggia della zona e per vivere a piedi il centro cittadino. Appartamento in condominio ma senza alcuna problematica di convivenza. Appartamento silenzioso e confortevole.
Casa non nuovissima con alcuni impianti da rivedere.
