Pretty villa a stone's throw from the sea and the center....

This was a truly great house!!! We're a family with an 8y old and a smaller dog and we enjoyed it very much. When we arrived,it was after a longer drive from San Teodoro during the summer heat,so we were tired and our son was not feeling very good. It was very nice from Simone (the owner) to prepare water, ice, cooling sachets and even cakes (!!) for us in the fridge. We were very happy about it :-). The house is one of the best we've had in Italy (and we stayed in few as this was already our 11th time in Italy). It's very modern, very clean and has everything you need, we didn't miss a single thing. It even has 2 bathrooms, which was really great time saver. We enjoyed everything but most of all the beautiful, big garden with garden furniture and exterior dining table and also a smaller terrace with complete privacy and convenient sitting for evening glass of prosecco for the parents :-). There's also a big terrace with another exterior dining table. Another great thing of this house is its location. It's just 13min walking from Simius beach, which was great (much better then its famous sister Porto Giunco, because it was less crowded). Also,it's just 10min walking to the town, nearest supermarket, cafes and restaurants. Parking is just 50m away in a gated area. Simone is also very easy to communicate with and she cared about our convenience by asking several times, if we had everything we needed. If we come back to Sardinia, we'd definitely stay here again.
