In the centre of Villasimius, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 900 m from the sea, 900 m from the beach. Private: garden (fenced) with flowers and trees. Outdoor shower, parking at the house. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 400 m, bar 900 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "via roma la lanterna" 2 km, railway station "Cagliari" 60 km, ferry "Cagliari" 60 km, sandy beach "Simius" 900 m. Marina 2 km, golf course (18 hole) 1 km. Nearby attractions: Is Traias 1 km, Porto Giunco 1 km, Cagliari 60 km. Please note: car recommended.
