Rent for all periods of the year pretty villa in Villasimius in Porto Luna 2, just 5 minutes walk from the free beach below and the crystal clear sea of IS TRAIAS, on which there is also an excellent and comfortable kiosk.
It is inserted in a very peaceful context both in summer and in winter with large and fresh private and fenced outdoor spaces.
It is bordered by a practical public parking.
Ideal for those who love walking in complete relaxation, visiting museums and caves or for those who want to have fun in the town center since Villasimius offers different entertainment.
It consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms with shower and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, small living room with sofa, TV and radio.
The rooms on the ground floor have a wolf's window, but it is well lit and ventilated.
Outside, in addition to a large enclosed garden ideal for children and animals, there is a splendid panoramic terrace with sea view, barbecue, stone-covered shower, rocking chair, deck chairs and two tables with relative chairs for having lunch or dinner in complete privacy thanks to the presence of several olive trees and colorful oleanders.

Possibility to rent linen (sheets and towels) and to insert travel cot or cots.

Great place for family holidays. Good size, comfortable bedrooms. Very well equiped kitchen and barbecue in the garden which we used couple of times. The whole place clean and tidy. Looks exactly as on the photographs. And the absolute stunning terrace with lovely sea view, where we spent most of evenings (and mornings :-). Short walk to the small beach. We rent a car so we were going to Simius beach and to town by car (5
min drive). We were looking for quiet family holidays and we got it. In general good value for money.
