Abbiamo trovato un'asciugamano appesa e sporca nel bagno, il piumone presentava macchiette di sangue. Il divano era scomodo e la carta igienica per 4 giorni era insufficiente ( 2 rotoli e uno già iniziato).

It was delightfully warm, spacious, clean, comfortable bed, quiet and mostly well equipped. Would definitely stay again if the door lock was sorted.

Couldn't personally open the front door with the key. After many attempts and with some muscle my husband finally opened it. Azio kept in touch by phone which was helpful but the lock needs sorting. I wouldn't be able to stay there without having someone to unlock the door for me! Kitchen needs a cloth for drying dishes. Otherwise all good.

The main advantages of this apartment are its spaciousness and excellent location. It is situated close to the train station and only about a 15-minute walk to the city center. Another great convenience is the private garage parking within the building, which is not always easy to find in Trieste. The apartment is generally large and equipped with basic appliances, although we noticed a lack of some kitchen utensils and cups, which could easily be added.

However, the most disappointing aspect was definitely the lack of cleanliness. Surfaces appeared to be quickly wiped down rather than properly cleaned. The toilet was in particularly poor condition, with heavy limescale buildup and visible grime; completely unsuitable for welcoming guests. I ended up buying the cheapest cleaning product at a nearby Ipercoop and cleaned the toilet myself in just 15 minutes. This clearly shows how easily this issue could have been addressed, but was simply neglected. I’ve attached before-and-after photos for reference. The shower cabin was also in bad shape; the doors were falling off and had to be readjusted constantly, the shower holder was broken, and there were visible traces of mold, adding to the overall feeling of neglect. In conclusion, this apartment certainly has great potential due to its size and location, but that alone should not be taken for granted. It’s clear that the property is not being properly maintained, and for the price, which is comparable to a hotel stay, we expected a much higher standard.
