Located on the third floor, in the inhabited center of Finale, a seaside resort, it is composed of 2 bedrooms to accommodate up to 5 people, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and 2 terraces, one of which with a canopy with a table and chairs . It has TV, washing machine, Wi-Fi, air conditioning. A 7 km from Pollina, 10 km from Cefalu. No animals. The penthouse is located 1km from the beautiful beaches Torreconca and Costa Turchina and 100 meters from the wonderful sea of Finale.

Posizione: Facilmente raggiungibile sia da Messina che da Palermo, a 15 minuti dalle spiagge di Finale, Torre Conca e Costa Turchina. A 15 chilometri da Cefalù. Nel raggio di 15 minuti a piedi: banca, posta, farmacia, stazione di servizio, supermercati. Ampia possibilità di parcheggio.
Valutazione complessiva: Eccellente. Appartamento spazioso, in ottimo stato, al 3° piano di un immobile recente. Climatizzato, dotato di 2 terrazzi di cui uno coperto. Arredamento completo, cucina fornita di tutto il necessario.
Appartamento che raccomando vivamente e senza riserve.

Overall rating: Spacious apartment, in excellent condition, on the 3rd floor of a recent building. Air-conditioned, 2 terraces one of which covered. Apartment and kitchen fully furnished and equipped.
I strongly recommend it.
