About this villa rental
The 60sqm apartment is located in a two-family villa, renovated in 2013. It includes a kitchen / living room with sofa bed (1/2 places), a hallway from where you access the bathroom with shower, the double bedroom and the bedroom with two single beds, both air-conditioned and the laundry / closet. The apartment has a pergola where you can 'eat outside' and a terrace, connected by a common external staircase, used as a solarium or to have breakfast or a snack. The house is located in a privileged logistic position, a few kilometers from Cefalù and the Palermo-Messina and Palermo-Catania motorway junction; moreover, the intense green of the hills of the 'Parco delle Madonie', in which it is immersed, merges with the blue of the Tyrrhenian Sea which offers the splendid scenery of the Aeolian Islands. The apartment is furnished with new furniture chosen with taste and care to meet guests' needs and make their stay more welcoming and pleasant.

Excellent facilities with wonderful views down onto the Mediterranean and across the mountains. We drove from Palermo, which was surprisingly easy even in the dark. Cefalu itself is an easy drive for shopping, restaurants and a delightful beach. There are also many more quiet beaches in easy reach if you want something less crowded. Can particularly recommend Torre Conca.
Daniele is a great host, ready at once if you need anything, and never intrusive when you don't. We had a wonderful time and I would go again in an instant.
