Matteotti 16 - Suites in Cefalù

Location! Facilities and customer service

Mmm. Only one, the floor

Amazing view good location.

The stairs 3 levels with luggage a bit hard. But the view was amazing

The location is amazing, walking distance to everything in Cefalu. Plenty of room in the apartment, with a large bedroom. The view from the room was way better than we expected - views of sunset from the balcony each night. Very handy having a washing machine.

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The kitchenette was OK, but there was not even a tea towel to dry the dishes, so pretty basic.

The bed was very comfy and the air con worked great - a very welcome relief from the heat outside. The location couldn't be better - a 10 minute walk from the station and close to lots of restaurants and places to eat. The gelato place a few doors up was great.

Check in was done through an app that automatically unlocks the building door and apartment door. It took a while to figure out how to get it to work, and at one point we got temporarily locked out and had to wait on the street for someone to arrive with keys. Cleanliness could be improved. The shower was quite weak so it was hard to feel properly clean. The floors were quite dirty - walking around barefoot meant you got lots of bits stuck on your feet. And a couple of days in, the bathroom started to emit a really unpleasant fishy smell - I think it was set off by flushing the toilet, so perhaps an issue with the plumbing or something.
