Vi älskade huset! Det var rent och hade bra luftkonditionering i två av sovrummen! Den stora fläkten i vardagsrummet var fullt tillräcklig. Läget är enastående! Några steg till stadsmyllret och ändå väldigt tyst! Det fanns några parasoll att ta med till stranden.

Host Nunzio is very friendly and responsive. The location is perfect, in the old town, close to the train station, close to the beach, close to Rocco di Cefalù.
About the accommodation: airco available in both big rooms, works well. We didn't have to buy any household things. The street is quite calm, considering it is in town. There are 2 bath rooms available.
About the location: if you are looking for the perfect location, this is the accommodation.
There isn't airco in the living room, there is a big fan but still quite warm, especially during the day. We would have wanted a bigger couch as the current one is just for 2 persons, but I think these things only matter when you spend time at the accommodation. We did that to avoid the top heat during the day.
Overall we enjoyed our stay at Nì Rosa!

Fantastic location.. 3 bedrooms and decent living room. Unfortunately living room has no AC so its not useful on 35 degrees. There are some fans but it cant help. Beds were ok in 2 rooms while 3rd was not good.
