Visuale su tre lati, spazio esterno gradevole, aria condizionata in più stanze, alloggio molto spazioso, terrazzini ideali per mangiare fuori, parcheggio gratuito.

Piccoli malfunzionamenti (TV, forno, scolapiatti)

Hübsche Villa mit schönem Garten. Geräumige Zimmer mit gut eingerichteter Küche. Gut funktionierende Klimatisierung. Fussläufige Entfernung zur Altstadt.

Es war alles in Ordnung.

Nice spacious apartment. Looks like it was originally a garage that has been converted. The villa grounds are amazing with wonderful views.

We were advised that if we use a certain amount of electricity or too much we would be required to pay for this. This was not an issues for us as we were there for only a few days. However, we found this strange and would advise the host, that if they wish to charge customers for electricity, they should make this clear in the agreement.

Location is great, farely close walking distance to Cefalu oldtown and with an available parking so no need for complication with a car to the city. Apartment is fairly big, can accomdate a family comfortably.

The apartment is pretty outdated, the blinds in the room are very old and don't close all the way so no option to achieve full darkness. Host was very unpleasant. Hot water was limited, each shower started ok for a coupe of minutes but then went fully cold, only to return to hot and zigzg back to cold sometimes. With small children this is obviously a problem. When we talked to the host about this we didn't get any help, her answers were (quoting exactly): - "You've obviously all washed yourselvers... you'll have to wait a bit" - "Are you sure you didn't turn the mixer to the cold side?" - "We didn't have any problems. maybe you kept the tap open too wide..." You get 2 toilet paper rolls when checking-in, after that you need to buy yourself, they don't give you more. You pay for your own electricity which seemed odd, I never encountered this before.
