A wonderful little gem

The apartment was immaculately clean and spotless. It was even better than as seen in the photos. When we arrived at the apartment, Melanie had very kindly left us milk, bottles of water, fruit and pastries. We had the pleasure of meeting Melanie, when she came to introduce herself. She was so welcoming and very friendly, giving us some helpful tips regarding the local area. Located within a five minute walk of the apartment is a pub and a little shopping centre, which had a Tesco Express, Morrisons, take-aways, amongst other things. The bus going into Oxford centre stopped outside of the pub, which was very handy.

The property is clean and well equipped. Location is good for car traveler. And Melanie is super nice and helpful. We all enjoyed the stay here.

Great property convenient for town

Perfect location for visiting Oxford. On a bus route to town, which is door to door , it is ideal to leave the car and avoid parking and congestion charges. The host is very informative and friendly. Lovely extra touches in the ground floor apartment, which is very clean and has everything you need. 5 minute walk to a local pub serving good food and a few local shops tesco express , fish and chips etc. Would definitely return if we had to stay in the area again.

A perfect place to stay when visiting Oxford

Situated very conveniently just on the edge of Oxford with good road access to lots of places of interest. It is extremely well furnished. Melanie was always on hand if we wanted to ask questions. A lovely welcome pack including croissants, fruit, milk and a bowl of flowers added that final touch. We are going back again in a few weeks!

A delightful stay in Oxford.

Lovely apartment with extra touches, including fresh flowers, fruit, and milk supplied. On-site parking was convenient, as was the ground-floor apartment. The washing machine and dryer helped us catch up with our laundry. The shops, pub and bus stop were all very conveniently walking distance away.

We made the mistake of driving into Oxford on the first day. With the roadworks, it was a long way around to get to our destination and, while we managed to find parking, it was horrendously expensive. Best to catch the bus and walk!

Beautiful apartment & great host . We will be back

Apartment C was lovely & clean , fresh fruit , milk , water, flowers & croissants was such a lovely touch by Melanie the host . We walked into Oxford centre which took us about 40 mins but plenty of buses right outside the property. Melanie was a great host , gave us all the information we needed about getting around & places to visit . We stayed Friday & Saturday night & wish we had booked the Sunday night as we absolutely loved our little break .

The apartment was lovely. Very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable. Was a great location to get into Oxford. The couple that owned the apartment were so friendly and helpful. Gave us tips on how to get into town and places to go. Will definitely we coming back again.

A well-presented apartment just outside of Oxford city centre.

It was well presented, clean and spacious, particularly because we had a baby with us, who had plenty of space to roam.

We had a cot for the baby but it didn’t come with a mattress (which I’m not entirely certain but 75% sure it should have).

Great convenient stay, close to Oxford with lovely hosts.

Great location for visiting Oxford. Pub and shops a few minutes walk away. Fully equipped apartment with all the items you would need for a weeks stay. Spacious. Lovely hosts who were very attentive. Basic items like milk, fruit, jams and croissant found on our arrival which was nice. Onsite parking so we left the car and used the bus which was every 15 mins.

There was a bit of road noise from the front room if watching TV in the evening with the window open. It may annoy some people but didn't bother us and we knew its' location prior to arrival.

Fantastic Apartment

We stayed only 2 nights and the apartment was truly exceptional! Spotlessly clean Everything was on hand with a fantastic vibe about it. It was home from home with a brilliant host who had put water and necessities in fridge (even fruit & crossiants -most thoughtful thank you!)Its a great location to visit Oxford, Local bus route into city on same road with shops and a pub

A comfortable and very well located property for bus access to Oxford and for food shopping.

The location was excellent with bus stops virtually outside the property to take you into central Oxford. There was also a shopping centre within easy walking distance to buy groceries.

I did not notice any recycling facilities for waste, ie for paper, plastic and glass. It would have been nice to have a washing up brush/sponge to do the washing up rather than just rinsing the plates as it was not worth using the dish washer for a few plates. Fairy liquid was provided.

A short stay to reacquaint ourselves with Oxford made exceptional

Self catering so we brought in food.......however the helpful host provided a lovely “welcome pack”. The apartment was attractive...... quiet, clean and modern and well equipped. As we were using public transport we were pleased to find the bus service into Oxford was frequent and the stop conveniently just outside.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with everything you may need for a short or longer stay including washing machine and dishwasher, iron and hairdryer. There was fresh milk, water and juice in the fridge as well as bread and pastries and other essentials. The host was very friendly and accommodating and gave us some helpful recommendations for places to visit.

Comfortable,clean and well presented. Close to centre and frequent bus services only a few yards away. Very nice touch re welcome pack including tea coffee bread and croissants. Milk and butter with eggs and ham in the fridge. Very thoughtful of owners.

No serious dislikes. A few creaky floorboards, close to the road so occasional heavy traffic noise. No tea towels in the kitchen, may have been an oversight as the owners were away but Debbie looked after us well.

Friendly and helpful owners. Stocked fridge and pastries a pleasant surprise. Short bus ride into city centre. Virgin media and sky movies unexpected.

WiFi was a bit patchy. No cleaning wipes or sprays or dishcloth made washing up and cleaning surfaces very difficult. Dishwasher was good but sometimes just need to wash a glass or cup.
