The property manager was attentive and quick to respond to queries. The location was peaceful and quiet, while also being conveniently positioned close to a bus route to town. It had a pleasant view overlooking a field and wooded area. The flat had all the facilities I needed for a one-week stay.

Property was clean, tidy and as advertised. It’s about a 40 min pleasant walk into Oxford or 15 mins on the bus which stops almost outside. It’s a residential area close to a school and parking is on road.
The ‘flat’ forms part of what was once a 4 bed detached house that has been split into three flats so it resembles a HMO. It’s essentially formed in two of the upstairs former bedrooms plus a shower room. The fact that it’s built as a house means that the sound insulation is not that good and voices from downstairs can be heard along with doors opening/closing. Also, the heating for the whole house is quite noisy at night with frequent ticking from the pipe work when the radiators come on and off. That said, the property represents good value for money and is fine for a trip to Oxford when used as a base.

Quiet location, comfortable bed, complete dotation, everything working, new furniture. Parking availability in the neighbourhood.
The place is not easy to find because the plate with 47 is on the building far from the street and in the darkness you cannot read it. Next door is a 45, but in between there is a 45's gate, so it is confusing. Due to some road closures Oxford centre was at 20-25 mins driving (I fancy driving, but the position was not very convenient). There were some old stains on the sofa. Toilet seat did not fit the toilet. Toilet paper hanger to repair. My suggestions are to leave a complimentary bottle of water in the fridge and perhaps an electrical international adaptor. Bathroom light switch is a rope, whilst usually a rope in the bathroom is a safety alarm, so I looked everywhere for a switch before pulling the rope. Perhaps another good idea is to leave a sheet with instructions (like WiFi password, bus timetables, checkout time, where to find the hairdryer, how to use the kitchen and so on).

El llit, el sofà, el renou de la caldera i trobar l’envàs d’un preservatiu (no nostre) a davall el llit. He trobat a faltar un manual per entendre com utilitzar la placa vitroceràmica (que és portàtil i l’has d’endollar tu mateix).
