A home away from home

This is a beautiful apartment just outside of the city. Everything was well thought out with quality furnishings and attention to detail. Beautiful garden ample parking easy access and even a pint of milk in the fridge so that you could make a cuppa. The beds were super comfy and the apartment was lovely and warm, showers fab, it’s just perfect x

I love absolutely everything about my Greenedge Oxford Apartment! Greenedge itself is located on a quiet, hedged, and leafy private lane and my apartment is a spacious, quiet, and comfortable one — with every amenity possible throughout. This was my second stay at Greenedge Oxford Apartments and my first stay was so wonderful, I made sure to book my recent stay well in advance and for a longer period of time. The location itself is perfect to my mind: above the fray of the city, yet little more than one block away from a bus stop with comfortable and well-maintained buses into Oxford that come and go with admirable frequency. There are also walking opportunities just around the corner from the apartment and the abundant bird life is evident everywhere — including just outside the apartment in the lovely garden that is below. A beautiful lavender planting within view of the apartment’s rear window draws bumblebees galore, which I found myself watching with pleasure each morning and every afternoon before and after my daily trips into Oxford. Amanda and John are fabulous hosts, living in the main portion of this elegant dwelling and easily within reach should one need anything whatsoever, which was good to know — just in case. They are both excellent hosts who are friendly and welcoming and at the same time are perfectly wonderful about leaving oneself to oneself, and are genuinely respectful of the privacy of their guests. I honestly can’t think of anywhere I’d rather stay whenever I’m in Oxford. Greenedge’s Oxford Apartments has it all!!!

A High Quality Well Equipped Apartment on the outskirts of Oxford

Very well equipped apartment with all you will need for a stay on the ouskirts of Oxford. Peaceful location with parking and nike storage but only a 25' walk into the centre. Excellent Information pack on where to eat and shop locally.

Fantastically clean and spacious, everything you would need!

Apartments were so fantastically clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the facilities we needed including a large fridge and freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Bedrooms were so lovely and clean and so were bathrooms. We had so much space.

The location is a little far from the centre of town which we knew but just a heads up to anyone else. We easily got taxis though and they cost about £9/£10 each way and arrived quickly. Only issue was parking. There was a few of us that had travelled from different parts of the country so had 3 cars in total which we’d checked with the host about & there’s also another apartment on site, they had also brought 2 cars and had used up the available parking meant for both apartments so we had to find ways to park around them which meant we didnt block them in or the hosts vehicles either.

The property was spacious in a lovely quiet setting. It exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious and clean with ample room for our family of 4 to have space to oneself.

Perfect in every way

Great layout with plenty of space. Everything has been thought of - every amenity you could need is there. Great location - quiet and in an excellent part of town. Easy access to the city centre and local shops and restaurants. Great communication from the owners, kind and thoughtful touches and nothing was too much trouble.

Gelegen in rustige woonwijk, nabij natuurgebied, eenvoudig bereikbaar, handig voor bezoek aan Oxford (met auto). Mooi huis, ruim, schoon, meerdere badkamers. Compleet. Goed contact met de host.

Absolut schöne und geräumige Wohnung, sehr schöne Einrichtung, in der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt. Tolle Lage in Mitten eines sehr schönen ruhigen Wohngebietes etwas Ausserhalb von Oxford.

Es gibt nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat.
