Our room was on the third floor with a fabulous balcony view of Bali's volcanoes and a group of small rice fields, attracting birds, butterflies and bats. The room is spacious, with very comfortable bed, good A/C, big bathroom with a bathtub. Small bar fridge, very handy. Water, coffee, tissues supplied every day. Breakfast was good, served in a nice area overlooking street and rice fields. It is nice having a dip in the pool after a long day wondering around! The hotel is not far from Ubud centre but a motorcycle or Grab are essential if you want to visit Ubud proper.
There is a little bit of noise coming from the street.

It was close to walk to our son’s apartment. The staff were very friendly. We stayed at the property twice. The receptionist upgraded us from room 302 the first stay to room 303 the 2nd stay. 303 was decorated better & was more sound proofed. Breakfast was included. We enjoyed seeing the rice fields being tilled, flooded & planted. This hotel offers quaint Balinese charm & hospitality for an incredible price.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and professional. The bed was extremely comfortable with the best pillows!
The view ‘over rice fields’ was one small rice field bordered by a road and another building on 2 sides. The restaurant wasn’t serving evening meals and breakfast had to be pre-booked (which I wasn’t told on arrival). This new property has some teething problems to sort out. Be aware there are 2 Bumi Muwas. I was dropped off at the old one first. It then took 55 minutes in traffic to get to the new one (at the end of a long day!).
