If you've visiting Ouistreham, this is THE place to stay

Excellent at all levels: near absolutely everything (5 mins walk from the beach, the spa, downtown, two museums). Perfect if you're taking the ferry to Portsmouth, or just spending time here. Plenty of parking on the street, fast wifi, great hot water and pressure, a little private terrace, comfortable beds, large-screen TV, and a kitchen better equipped than I've seen in similar properties. It's not huge but it has everything you need. Two bedrooms, each with a large bed for two, so works well for a family, two couples, or two solo travelers. Quiet. Just perfect. The only proviso is that the bathroom door is a little low so if you're over 5'10" you'll have to keep an eye out - we put a bit of tape on the door frame to remind ourselves to duck and not a single bump was had!

It was so easy to get to and in the property, the hosts are great, the property was very clean, comfortable with all the accessories you could need - fully fitted kitchen.

A great stopover

Kathy was warm, friendly and helpful. We felt like friends arriving in her home. The outside sitting area is lovely for eating outside in the evening.

Comfortable accommodation in a perfect location

The host lives upstairs and was just arriving home as we arrived. The keys are also in a key safe. We only stayed one night before catching the ferry home but wished we could have stayed longer. The accommodation was perfect and we were able to park our scooters on the drive securely.

Brilliant place to stay, and our favourite of all the various places we have stayed on this holiday.

Great for seeing Ranville, beaches and bayeux. Also local patisserie. Lovely to eat beakfast outside. Made very welcome by owner with recommendations for places to visit and a bottle of cider. Very comfortable.

Wifi in capitals on board. Actually 1 capital, rest lower case, but we worked it out. Other places the wifi didn't work, so good that it worked !

Great place to stay

This property is in a good location and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property was very clean, very well equipped and is spacious. Our host was lovely and very helpful. I would certainly recommend.

When walking from the bathroom you need to duck, or bump your head! Not a problem to us at all, but just be aware that one of the bedrooms is accessed via the bathroom (there is of course a seperate toilet).

Great option for a casual stay in Normandy!

The appartment is very spacious and has all the amenities needed. The kitchen was well furnished, linen was provided, the tv worked well, etc. The hosts were very nice, and the the location is really nice - quite close to the beach. All in all we had an excellent stay! Thanks!

A beautiful and cosy place with even greater Hosts. Everything you need for a great vacation!

A nice and cosy apartment with everything you need to live and very well equipped ( Flat-iron, Stove, Fridge, vacuum cleaner... ) Highlight is the small terrace outside where you can eat and sit together. There is also a Barbecue which you can use and a trampoline for the kids. Our Hosts Kathy and Jacques are two wonderful and helpful people. Always there if you need something. Thanks to you both.

This is super cute place very close to the beach and the ferry terminal. We were sad that we only had an overnight stay here as wouldn’t have liked more time in the local area. The kitchen is small but SO well equipped - had everything you could ever need. The 2 double bedrooms were both large and shared a really lovely bathroom.

Comme à la maison

C’était la première fois que nous réservions Le Cosy Plage et nous pensons déjà à revenir ! Le logement est très bien agencé, décoré avec goût et nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis comme chez nous. Le Cosy plage ne manque de rien et tout a été pensé pour palier le moindre besoin : boîte à couture à disposition, petite pharmacie, fer à repasser, tire bouchon, étendoir, cintres, aspirateur, romans, livres pour enfants etc. Nous n’avons eu qu’à poser nos valises ! Nous avons été impressionnés par la propreté de chaque pièce et plus particulièrement des appareils électroménagers. Les propriétaires dont la maison se trouve au dessus sont très discrets mais se tiennent à votre disposition tout au long du séjour ! La localisation du Cosy Plage est idéale puisqu’à peine située à 5min de la plage et du centre ville. Nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir lors de notre prochain passage à Ouistreham. Merci à Jacques pour sa gentillesse et son accueil ! Nous serions ravis de croiser Kathy la prochaine fois.

Le manque d intimité de la cabine de douche. Il aurait été bien que les parois soient opaques car la salle de bain donne directement sur la deuxième chambre.. Ou bien installer un rideau.

Tout, stationnement gratuitement dans la rue, possibilité de récupérer à tout heure grâce au boitier sécurisé, appartement très bien équipé et propre, hôtes prévenants, logement à quelques pas de la place et du centre, ...

Facile à vivre pour nous qui faisons moins de 1,80m mais je pense que les très grands (1,90m et plus) seront gênés par la hauteur du logement (plafond bas)

Mieszkanie nieduże, ale czuliśmy się tutaj komfortowo..Dobrze wyposażone we wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy. Jest mały ogródek, gdzie można zjeść śniadanie . Blisko do morza. Dobra baza do zwiedzania okolicy. Miasteczko też bardzo przyjemne. Nie było problemu z parkowaniem Bezproblemowe odebranie kluczy. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzami. Polecam

tout est très bien pensé pour un séjour sans stress, logement très bien équipé, bien chauffé à notre arrivée un vrai coin-cuisine avec nombreux ustensiles pour cuisiner, grand frigo et petit congélateur, aspirateur, sopalin, tout le nécessaire pour la vaisselle beaucoup de rangement dans les chambres, la salle de bain, la cuisine table ronde suffisamment grande pour 4 personnes, 4 chaises, un petit fauteuil, un grand sofa TV avec Netflix cadeaux et message de bienvenue possibilité de recharger un véhicule électrique très bon emplacement propriétaires très sympathiques

RIEN sauf peut-être la petite marche entre la chambre et la salle de bain ; ça surprend au premier passage.
