Very close to ferry port and a short walk to the beach and town centre. Small but comfortable apartment in a quiet location

I would definitely stay there again when travelling from Caen to Portsmouth.

The proprietor went out of his way to oblige us by coming away from his work at short notice when we arrived a day early. A fabulous new shower has just been fitted. Everything was well appointed. I just wish we hadn't got the date wrong. He did everything he could to ensure that we were comfortable.

The actual entrance to the venue is situated off a main road and it needs to be explained more clearly where to park. This may have happened had we given the correct notice, as would perhaps the availability of shower materials?

L'impression d'humidité dans l'appartement et l'immeuble en général Le matelas du canapé à mettre par dessus, un peu trop grand et pas hyper confort Les odeurs dans les parties communes et qui remontent des autres appartements (fumée de cigarette) La salle de bain mérite une rénovation ou un ménage approfondi

Vraiment déçu

La décoration est faite avec goût et la place de parking est un plus

L'organisation pour nous accueillir était médiocre. Le logement est sensé être disponible a partir de 17h seulement le ménage n'a pas été fait avant 18h rendant le logement disponible qu'à 18h30 ce qui nous a obligé à attendre 1h en voiture avec 2 enfants en bas âge. Nous n'avons jamais reçu les indications pour accéder au logement, heureusement que la personne qui fait l'entretien était là (ce n'est pas la propriétaire), elle a pu nous donner le code de l'interphone pour accéder au logement. Le logement est a 10 min de marche du centre et donc 20 min de la plage, ce qui est loin pour un logement qui s'intitule entre centre ville et plage. La literie est catastrophique, je me suis retrouvé totalement coincée des lombaires et mon conjoint aussi, j'ai dû terminer ma nuit dans le canapé. Le canapé lit a été mal ouvert par l'agent d'entretien, il manquait les'pieds sur les côtés, rendu son utilité dangereuse. Enfin les partie commune ont été nettoyé à 8h du matin. Vive le réveil aspirateur. Les prestations de ce logement ne valent pas 100€!!!!

La carafe de la cafetière filtre cassée donc inutilisable. Matelas peu confortable car très mou facilement déformable En vérifiant si rien oublié decouverte d'aliments sous le lit
