House completely renovated in May 2015 ideal for family with young children with its walled garden exposed south facing shelter from the wind
The house is equipped with WIFI
There are two independent bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds), a living room, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and a kitchen with dishwasher.
There is baby equipment for baby on request: cot with real mattress, bassinet, deckchair, cozy, bath, high chair, deposit etc ... Possibility of cleaning / linen / towels on request
The bathroom has been redone in 2017. It has a shower, the toilets are independent
There is a dishwasher, a washing machine, a fridge with freezer, gas hobs
The south facing garden is equipped with an outdoor table with umbrella and a deck chair
A meter reading is done on arrival (count between 0. 80c / J summer at the lowest and 7euros / J winter at the highest depending on your consumption)
City tax of 0. 35c / J / person over 18 years
