Completely renovated, it can accommodate 4 people and has a fenced garden of 400m2 as well as 2 private parking spaces.

One bedroom with a double bed 140 and a large wardrobe/wardrobe.
The other bedroom has two 80 single beds, which can be joined together to form a 160 double bed and also has a large wardrobe.
- 1 large living room:
A living room with flat screen TV, Wi-fi, sofa, armchair, coffee table and board games.
A dining area with a large extendable table for 6-8 people.
A fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, oven, 2 coffee machines (one capsule and one filter), kettle and an induction hob.
- 1 bathroom:
Walk-in shower, heated towel rail, washbasin with illuminated mirror, hairdryer and storage space.
- 1 basement:
Washing machine, sink and storage furniture, vacuum cleaner, drying rack, ironing board and iron, bucket and mop, as well as toilets.
- 1 outdoor space:
Garden of 400m2 with 2 private parking spaces.
Out of respect for the neighborhood, no parties will be tolerated in the apartment. Noise must also be limited after 10 p.m.
