Accueil (merci Sylvie !) et communication parfaits. A 5 mn de la plage, 10 mn du centre, vacances sans voiture possible et agréable. La propreté restera trop souvent un souci en location tant que le forfait ménage ne sera qu'une option.

Die Woche ging schnell vorüber, Vermieter und Betreuung vor Ort immer erreichbar. An der Ausstattung in der Küche könnte man etwas verbessern, eine Spülmaschiene wäre schön und würde den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machen und eine größere Auswahl an Töpfen und Geschirr. Wir schauen bald mal wieder vorbei.

, Très jolie petite maison un cottage très agréable c’est le premier contact , Sylvie qui nous réceptionne fort agréable Joli salon spacieux confortable . La petite attention de doux plaids sur les canapés pour le soir vraiment sympa que Frédéric a eu la gentillesse de mettre à dispo pour les locataires A l’étage deux chambres avec salle de bains individuelles un plus quand 2 couples y vont Balcons dans chaque chambre un vue sur jardin Une vue rue très calme Facile d’accès pour la plage en longeant à travers une petite pinède de pins Marché de poisson et crustacés accessible et chaque jour Le marché est bien achalandé Réellement nous avons été satisfait. De notre séjour facile d’accès aussi pour les visites et petits restaurants idéal en n’importe quelle saison Nous allons conseiller cette location aussi à nos amis amies. Location très propre, très fonctionnelle pour 4 adultes et 3 enfants. Literie parfaite et emplacement calme. Que dire de plus si ce n'est que notre séjour nous a vraiment permis de partager de nombreuses activités, en famille. De plus, la proximité de la mer est non négligeable, quand on a des enfants en bas âge! Le suivi est sérieusement mené par le propriétaire et nous remercions Madame Germain de sa disponibilité et de sa gentillesse.

Un séjour appréciable dans une maison idéale pour les vacances, trois chambres dont deux spacieuses, une courette permettant de profiter de l’extérieur, un cadre enchantant à deux pas de la plage et du port de pêche, Ouistreham est une charmante cité balnéaire et la location permet d'en profiter pleinement.

Première impression positive ,ensuite nous avons constaté un entretien insuffisant des pièces de la maison : peinture écaillée , vétusté de l' éclairage ( ampoule de salon au bout de fils électriques dangereux, spot d'ambiance non remplacé coin repas ) , voilage de fenêtres fixé par scotch , manque d' entretien de la robinetterie : bonde à tirette inopérant , mitigeur d' évier dangereux , légère fuite évacuation d' évier épongée avec serpillère . Déception avec la réalité des photos de l'annonce ; est-ce une "chimére"? Le contrôle du nettoyage,ménage, rangement des placards et de poêles de cuisine inutilisables des précédents locataires a certainement été insuffisant . Un vrai service de conciergerie avec location de draps , serviettes et torchons serait une bonne option et contrôle de sortie efficace . Bonne nouvelle , le propriétaire prend la mesure de ce constat .

très bon séjour à Ouistreham cette année dans un maison très agréable. Les quelques petites critiques concernent la cuisine: une cafetière un peu vieillotte et inefficace, et une vaisselle qui aurait besoin d'être modernisée. La literie est excellente et nous avons bien dormi. Il est vraisemblable que nous louiions la maison l'année prochaine . Ah j'allais oublier: excellent accueil à notre arrivée! merci

Cette propriété est très bien située dans Ouistreham notamment par rapport à la plage, au centre ville et au port ; également très bien située sur la côte normande notamment par rapport aux nombreuses excursions alentours. Bien que nous ne disposions, pour deux couples dont un âgé, que d'un WC et de baignoires sabot, nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison qui ne manque pas de charme, ni de confort...
