Cette maison est charmante, très joliment décorée, proche de la mer, avec tout le confort necessaire. Les enfants étaient ravis d'avoir leur espace à l'étage avec leur propre coin TV. Un endroit devant la maison pour garer le véhicule, ce qui est un vrai plus. Vous pouvez vous y rendre en toute confiance.
L'escalier pour accéder à l'étage est très pentu et étroit mais s'il s'agit d'enfants, ils font attention si l'on mentionne ce fait.

nous avons apprécié la proximité avec l'océan (au bout d'une rue transversale), Par ailleurs la maison est située dans un le quartier plutot calme
un petit bémol toutefois. la maison est mal insonorisée et fait caisse de résonance pour les bruits et activités de la maison mitoyenne ce qui peut être gênant surtout après 22h00.
