Great apartment fully equipped and clean, nice position

The apartment is located in a cute small city on the seaside with all the shops and restaurants. Well connected, easy to reach. The flat is spacious, well kept, clean. Fully equipped for a long stay. The owner waited for us even if we were late. It was really a nice stay!

Ideal stopover for the ferry.

Ideal for short stays. Parking outside. Kitchen was small but very well organised and equipped. Beds were comfortable.

Unfortunately there was some noise from other flats but thankfully it didn’t go on too late!

We will definitely stay here again. It suits our needs perfectly

We have stayed there before so knew how close it is to the port and the restaurants. Also the apartment is in a quiet location with car parking spaces opposite. The flat is well appointed and very clean.

The only slight niggle is the plastic lined mattress protector which kept making me overheat from underneath during the night.

A great short stay, near to port , beaches etc

Location was convenient. The huge walk in shower was great, and the bathroom had a very good heated towel rack. Double bed was comfortable and good size. The little extras in the kitchen were thoughtful. Also Clement spoke v good English, much better than my French.

Not what I was expecting!

Convenient to ferry terminal Nice bathroom

Was surprised we had to call quite late at night to wait for owner to come and let us in after I’d given a time that we would arrive, waiting outside in the dark no lights had been left on to welcome us. Very noisy apartment above didn’t get any sleep at all because of this and also bed wasn’t comfortable with a plastic sheet on mattress. Wouldn’t stay again.

Perfect stay in a perfect location.

This property is a lovely find in a quiet suberb of the town but still within easy walking access to some lovely restaurants. The property was spotlessly clean and provided all amenities. The owner who met us to hand over our keys was very informative to the local area and recommending places to visit. He was also on hand if needed via phone contact. The checkout was seamless by just dropping the key and not having to arrange a meet up with the owner to hand over the key. The property is modern, but has still kept its traditional charm. Would highly recommend this property especially for those visiting the D day landing beaches as the location is perfect.

This isn’t a criticism but it would have been nice in a self catering property to have an iron and ironing board.

A lovely, well equipped, comfy and bright apartment that is very conveniently located. Our host was very kind to let us in at a very late hour due to late ferry and a long wait to pass through border control. The flat has lots of safe parking and is an easy quick walk into the centre of Ouisteheim which is a delightful town.

It’s a very pretty apartment. It feels like a home from home. Everything is very clean and well presented. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and communications were quick and easy. The location is excellent being a short walk to the ferry and restaurants.

Perfect location for the ferry

Just what we needed. Our ferry arrived late at night and this apartment was a short 5 min drive from the port in a quiet neighbourhood. A small comfortable apartment with a lovely shower. In the morning we went for a wander and found a great boulangerie / patisserie/ church / playground etc. before checking out.

A most charming place to stay and the host Clement was very welcoming and full of information. It’s situated in a quiet residential area but within walking distance to the port and numerous restaurants. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with basic necessities. The host had left a welcome gift of some delicious biscuits. A very enjoyable stay and would definitely book again.

Perfect stay for a quiet vacation

Everything was perfect. The location, the apartment. The place is very quiet and very cosy. We had the parking spot every day. The city is very beautiful with a nice beach not very far. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures.

There was a slight delay getting into the property and the number given didn’t seem to work on my phone. However we got it sorted and Clement came round and let us in very quickly.

Fully renovated unit nicely decorated and with all what you need inside. The flat is in a quiet street though very close to the harbor (convenient if you need to take the ferry) and the main commercial street with lots of little restaurants and bars.

Relaxing, quiet stay

Lovely apartment, check in was super easy and hosts were lovely and made it a really quick and easy experience. Sofa bed and bed were super comfortable and shower was perfect. Amazing for getting straight of the ferry and relaxing into and really quiet to have a good night's sleep.

Séjour reposant et dépaysant; parfait pour repartir vers une nouvelle semaine…

Hôte très sympathique et à l’écoute. Il nous a dirigé vers de bonnes adresses ou de bons lieux de promenades. L’appartement est très bien agencé, propre, confortable en mode cocooning et bien placé à Ouistreham. Tout est fourni, vous n’avez besoin de rien! Juste un p’tit manque, un balai « type sweefer » pour le sol car nous voulions laisser l’appartement aussi nickel que nous l’avions trouvé. Rien à dire, si ce n’est que vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Zona davvero carina e tranquilla, il parcheggio incluso molto comodo, lo stile degli arredi ci è piaciuto molto, il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e gentile e finalmente una doccia funzionante e pulita, abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo l’aver trovato un prodotto doccia adatto ai bambini, un gesto di attenzione raro da da trovare e le scelte eco sostenibili fatte dal proprietario.

Mooi appartement, Fijn ontvangen met attentie ook nog🍀. Appartement in mooie historische woning. Rustig gelegen in zeer schone buurt. Vlakbij de Ferry naar Portsmouth, en strand Riva Bella. Nogmaals bedankt Clement 🇨🇵🍀🙂👍🏻
