Large open space consisting of entrance-living room with sofa, wardrobe and kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge with freezer, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a songolo bed, two bathrooms, one with a box shower and the other with bathtub, 32 "satellite TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, air conditioning, central heating.

Great location

The apartment was well equipped, quiet and in an excellent location. Angelo explained everything in the apartment very well. Lazise is a delightful small town with good access to other towns on the lake. We took a one day tour of the Dolomites through the company GetYourGuide which was very good

Perfect for family of 5

Perfect for family of 5

We are a family of 5 so the apartment was perfectly configured for us with our 3 children sharing the 2nd bedroom that had a bunk bed and a single bed. Both the 2nd bedroom and master (as well as the main living space) had an air conditioning unit, which is very useful in the heat of summer and us to close the shutters and windows at night, keeping the apartment both dark & quiet until we were ready to get up! Having 2 bathrooms in a relatively small apartment was also very useful for us. The apartment was spotlessly keen and the kitchen had everything we needed. Angelo met us on arrival and explained everything we needed to know. Lazise is a very nice town on lake Garda and the apartment was well located within the scenic old town about 50m from the lake-side front and with easy access to the local beaches. There is a public good bus service with a bus stop at the top of the road, and we were also able to hire a car for touring the lake from Avis in the next village that was a relatively short walk away. The only problem of note for us was intermittent difficulties with the wifi, but as Angelo explained, that is most likely due to the local infrastructure unable to cope with the influx of tourists in the summer months.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful , modern apartment in Lazise. The apartment has a well equiped kitchen, two spacious bedrooms and two generous sized bathrooms too. And most importantly it is right in the middle of the old town and only a 1 minute walk from Lake Garda. The only issues were with the intermittent wi-if (disappointed teenager!) and the difficulty parking nearby without a significant payment. The best bet was a car park only 2 mins away where we paid 60 euro for the week. Great apartment , fabulous location and the owner was a pleasure to deal with.

A friendly welcome from owner,Angelo to a very clean, spacious and well equipped apartment with air-conditioning within the small walled town of Lazise. Nice easy walking in pedestrianised area only 50 metres from the lake, 200 metres from the ferry and near all the restaurant and bar facilities. Although the area is right in a busy town good double glazed windows meant there was no disturbance from late passers-by. Please note it is a first floor apartment with quite a long flight of steps. We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and its location.. .

This apartment was in an ideal location. In the centre of Lazise, restaurants, shops, bars within yards of the front door. The apartment itself was good; very clean and very well supplied with kitchen equipment, glasses etc. Airconditioning units in living area and both bedrooms were very much welcome. Only disappointment was that the WiFi that was advertised was very poor, pretty much unusable. Overall though, a great flat in a wonderful location in a lovely town on Lake Garda - a really enjoyable holiday.

We had a brilliant stay here, the apartment is spotlessly clean and very spacious. Angelo was very helpful, showed us everything in the apartment, a lovely man to deal with.A really short walk into town with everything you could want. We stayed for a week and tried lots of restaurants, we ate delicious food and the waiters were friendly. Will definitely return.

Clean property in very central location

Very clean property with very good location. It was well maintained and had good kitchen appliances. The beds were quite comfortable and we slept well. Angelo was a very good host and helped us when we needed it. I would definitely recommend this property to all. I really liked the central location - very easy to get the the cafes and restaurants and when you opened the windows the "street atmosphere" would enter the apartment. The beach was close by, but if you rent bikes then you can easily cycle to other beaches around the lake. Although the apartment was in the town it must have very good sound proofing as when you closed the windows it was quite. Again, would definitely recommend.

Senationelle Wohnung, tolle Lage. Waren jeden Abend Baden weil der See nur 2min enfernt ist. Wohnung ist riesig groß, sehr sauber und perfekt ausgstattet. Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und via Whatsapp immer erreichbar. Der Ort ist der beste in der Gegend, es war immer etwas los und die Verantsaltungen im Ort waren senstionell. Deutlich besser als Bordolino oder Affi. Wir waren rundrum zufrieden und kommen gern wieder. Was ist zu beachten: Kein Parkplatz vorhanden, muss gut 150m laufen und der Parkplatz kahm um die 120€ für 10 Tage. Das ist das einzige was vorher nicht bekannt ist. Alles andere ist super.

Die im ersten Stock gelegene Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auch für einen Aufenthalt mit kleineren Kindern gut geeignet. Die Küche ist modern und bestens ausgestattet. Sehr aufmerksam fanden wir es auch, dass vieles für den alltäglichen Gebrauch bereitgestellt wurde, z.B. Filtertüten für die Kaffeemaschine, Spültabs für den Geschirrspüler und Waschpulver für die Waschmaschine. Die beiden Badezimmer waren geräumig und funktionell. Die Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage von Lazise. Von der Straße hört man in der Wohnung nichts. Nur wenige Häuser weiter findet man einen Bäcker. Nach ein paar weiteren Schritten erreicht man schon die Promenade. Diverse Restaurants liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gleiches gilt für einen öffentlichen Parkplatz (Parkgebühr 73,--€/Woche). Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns sehr gefreut Herrn Perbellini wiederzusehen und haben uns - wie schon vor zwei Jahren - richtig wohlgefühlt in der Residenza Corsocangrande 25. Gerne wollen wir die schöne Stadt Lazise und das Apartment Cansignorio wieder besuchen, wenn es unsere Zeit erlaubt. Wir können Herrn Perbellini und die Ferienwohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Die Wohnung besticht durch Sauberkeit und geschmackvoller, funktionaler Einrichtung. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar. Sie befindet sich in der Nähe des Nordtores in direkter Nähe zum Zentrum mit gemütlichen Bars und Restaurants. Preis-Leistung ist sehr gut und Vermieter Angelo ist ein Schatz. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Für eine Urlaubswoche am Gradasee haben wir dieses kleine Juwel erneut gebucht. Wir waren bereits bei unserem letzten Besuch von diesem Appartement begeistert. Es liegt direkt in Lazise. Mit wenigen Schritten ist am direkt am Gardasee, kann den kleinen Hafen besuchen, viel und leckeres Eis essen, die Promenade entlanglaufen, aus vielen Restaurants das passende für sich auswählen, shoppen oder einfach nach Bardolino direkt am Gardasee über einen schönen Weg spazieren. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge nach Verona (25 Minuten) Venedig (90 Minuten), Mailand ( ca. 90 - 100 Minuten).. Bardolino und Garda sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Das Appartement selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es verfügt über eine große Wohnküche, die bestens ausgestattet ist, zwei Bäder und zwei Schlafräume. Es ist in einem sehr sauberen und guten Zustand. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation mit ihm verlief sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch am Gardasee werden wir hierher zurückkehren.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, die in der Ausstattung nichts zu wünschen übrig lässt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Lage, direkt in der Altstadt, der Parkplatz gleich um die Ecke und nur wenige Schritte bis zum See. Gefreut hätten wir uns über einen kleinen Balkon. Etwas gestört hat uns besonders morgens der Lärm von der Straße (Lieferanten, Marktbetreiber usw.), die Fenster sind leider nicht besonders schallgeschützt. Insgesamt aber zu empfehlen und besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit des Vermieters.
