Bad Check-in: no key instructions and late response from host. Room was fine. Location was great.

No instructions on picking up key. Contacted host at via email, booking and whatsapp before check-in time but host never responded. Called after check-in time and finally got instructions to pickup key at shop location. DETAILED instructions should be provided in advance, in writing.

Solo la posizione perché è nel centro storico di Lazise

TUTTO. L’appartamento è in cattive condizioni: porta d’ingresso rotta, bagno con wc chimico, pochissima pressione dell’acqua del rubinetto del lavandino del bagno e della cucina, doccino rotto, materasso del divano letto basso e scomodo. Mancanza di coperte supplementari. Il prezzo richiesto è assolutamente fuori da ogni logica per le condizioni dell’appartamento. Difficoltà di comunicazione con l’host.

L'appartamento era pulito e corrispondente a quanto riportato in fase di prenotazione. La posizione centralissima e vicina ai bus e ai negozi e anche i ristoranti.

Siamo stati aiutati a salire i bagagli al piano alto ma, sarebbe preferibile un ascensore.

De sleutels werden gebracht en kregen een rondleiding over hoe alles werkten. Prima host! Ook een paar vragen over de accommodatie en hierop snel een antwoord terug.

De slaapbank in de woonkamer was heel erg hard.

L'eleganza della camera. L'aver trovato 2 bottiglie di acqua di benvenuto. La disponibilita' di un doppio set di adsciugamani. La disponibilita' del gestore.

Il condizionatore dopo alcuni minuti di funzionamento faceva rumore. Il frigorino con le acque non raffreddava. Ho dovuto chiedere per il wifi perche' in camera non c'erano indicazioni e nessuno mi aveva informato. La pressione dell'acqua della doccia e' bassa e il getto e' poco "pulente". La pulizia della camera non era di dettaglio. Sul lampadario al centro della camera c'era un filo di ragnatela evidente. Ho spostato il mobile con il frigorino perche' mi sono caduti dietro gli occhiali e ho trovato molta sporcizia vecchia. L'appendino in bagno degli asciugamani, l'ultimo giorno si e' staccato. Sinceramente per €150/notte senza la colazione, questi difetti a mio avviso assolutamente non ci dovevano essere.

Gute Wohnung mit ausbaufähiger Küchenausstattung

Die Lage ist super, man ist schnell am Hafen, in der Innenstadt und an der Promenade. Über die Nähe zum Tor, wo man kurz parken kann, kann man auch easy die Einkäufe in die Wohnung bringen.

Das Apartment hat eine Küche, aber dann sollte man sie auch ausstatten. Es gab z.B. nur zwei kleine Löffel, genau 4 Gläser usw. Wenn eine Familie frühstücken oder mal selbst kochen will, ist das alles etwas zu wenig und sollte aufgestockt werden.

Katastrophe - Disaster - Disastro

Die Lage

Es fing schon mit der Schlüsselübergabe an. Die Kontaktpersonen vor Ort verstehen nur italienisch und verweisen bei allen Fragen auf eine "Managerin Giorgia", die alles für sie abwickeln soll und telefonisch erreichbar sein soll(te). Fragen, wie man das Gepäck zur Wohnung bringt oder wo man Parken kann sind schon das erste Hindernis. Extrem problematisch war es, dass von unseren vier Tagen Aufenthalt, an drei Tagen das Klo nicht oder nur sporadisch funktionierte. Beim ersten Auftreten des Defekts kam der Hinweis vom Vermieter, meldet es Giorgia. Diese versicherte uns am Abend, dass es professionell repariert wäre (habe extra nachgefragt). Es hat bis zum nächsten Morgen funktioniert, das das gleiche Problem. Wieder Meldung an die Managerin, mit Bitte um Rückmeldung, wenn der Schaden behoben ist (solange sucht man ja eine "Ersatzgelegenheit"). Rückmeldung bleib aus! Ein Telefonanruf mit der „Managerin Giorgia“ wurde von ihr abgebrochen und sie war ab dann nicht mehr telefonisch zu erreichen. Die Rückfrage zum Stand des Defekts direkt beim Besitzer ist wieder aufgrund der Sprachprobleme (nur Italienisch) schwierig. Er entschuldigte sich und sagte, es wäre jetzt abermals repariert. Es funktionierte wieder (halbwegs). Am nächsten Morgen dann das gleiche Problem. Da Klo war wieder defekt. Die Managerin war nicht erreichbar und der Besitzer reagierte bei der erneuten Meldung uns gegenüber ungehalten und zornig. Es hat sich gezeigt, dass entgegen der Aussage der Managerin nach professioneller Reparatur, der Eigentümer laienhaft sich selbst an den der Reparatur versucht hatte und nun beim dritten Mal es in unserem Beisein wieder versuchte. Eine finanzielle Kompensation für den dritten Ausfall lehnte er erzürnt ab. Zum Zimmer selbst: Es ist sehr einfach gehalten. Allerdings fehlen im Zimmer jegliche Möglichkeiten etwas aufzuhängen. Es gibt nirgends einen Haken zum Aufhängen/trocknen der Handtücher. Auch keinerlei Ablage im Bad.
