Perfect..

We stayed there for christmas and everything was perfect. Near at the parking area, and we got lucky bcoz the parking is free during winter season if im not mistaken. The apartment is in the center, so it's more than perfect. The interior design, is so beautiful. Peaceful and relaxing that we did'nt even wanted to go home anymore. Lazise is my favorite place so far. And we will surely come back.(esp. in that apartment)

Great place to stay to explore Lazise and other surrounding towns at late Garda

Very grandiose decor, amazing location in the middle of old town. Everything is short walk away.

The mattress was hard and not very comfortable, but that's personal preference.

Disappointing

The location of the apartment was very good

When we arrived the 2nd bedroom had bunk beds in a room that was more like a large cupboard with no aircon. All the crockery had to be washed before we could use it, the shower wasn't clean. There was only 1 large towels and a hand towel each for 5 days. The kettle was disgusting. I was told in the chat with the representative from the apartment that it had a beautiful terrace, however, when I asked numerous times where the terrace was my messages were ignored. The water was turned off in the apartment on our last night without warning so none of us were able to shower before we left and also the electric went off and again my messages were ignored. Whoever is the photographer was that took the photographs of the apartment. Was very skilled as you couldn't swing a cat in it but on the photographs it looks huge.

Charming space in a charming town

Great position in the old town, yet away from any restaurant / crowd noises. Fancy decor; out of the ordinary, so memorable. Spacious main bedroom.

No balcony, but windows opened onto the alleyways on both sides from the kitchen/living room, with a ledge, so you could have a glass of wine and a grazing plate and pretend it was almost a balcony. Needs a salad bowl and some tea towels in the kitchen, as well as a soap dish in the shower to put shampoo etc on. Excellent water pressure.

Fantastic apartment most comfortable bed we ever slept in on holiday the air conditioning is really good located in the heart of Lazise 2 minutes from every where property owners always check to make sure everything is good

this is an apartment in an old building and you can smell this at the entrance. this does not affect you when you are inside, but if does feel less premium for the premium price you pay

Spacious appartment at the best location in Lazise

The location is the best you can get in Lazise!! The appartment is very spacious. Balcony, though small, very nice with the lookout over the square and harbour. Car park nearby and included is easy. And Francesco is the best host one could wish for, many thanks again!

The appartment wasn't very clean when we arrived. BUT: after getting in touch with Francesco about this he offered immediately to send someone to clean the appartment again.

Perfect!

We spend 6 nights in this apartment and it´s super central. The balcony is not the biggest but you have a pervect look to the main square and the harbour. And for cigarette smokers it´s also good to have the balcony.

The parking lot is unfortunately a bit far away.

Our family holiday (2 children) was a resounding success and the apartment was the main reason.

The best of the apartment is the balcony overlooking both the harbour and the main square. There is no better location and it is very quiet at night. You leave the apartment and you are already in the best place, where others need to walk to from their hotels. In the apartment everything is there from a full kitchen to two TVs with access to Netflix etc (bring your own signon). Two bathrooms allow parallel showering of 2 persons. The apartment is completely over the top with regard to extravagant furnishings, more like a Hollywood set rather than an apartment. Some may not like it, but we enjoyed it as luxury reality for a full week. Francesco was very helpful and organised all we needed; good English in person and via WhatsApp.

There is not much not to like. We needed to carry the suitcase about 200m from the car park to the apartment, as the center of town is pedestrianised. The apartment is on the first floor without a lift, but the marble staircase is not steep and easy to manage. The intercom to the front door is working and you can open the front door with a button (e.g., to those in your party who fetch the ice cream), but there is no video.

Amazing location in a wonderful apartment. Super central position and lovely view to the lake. Bar, restaurant, shops and all you need is very close. I really appreciate the hospitality and the precision during check in and check out. Would love to come back.

Die Wohnung ist toll, aber an der Ausstattung muss definitiv etwas geändert werden.

Außergewöhnliches Interieur und sehr gute Lage

Die Ausstattung als FEWO war sehr dürftig. Obwohl wir 3 Personen waren, gab es nur 2 Kaffeetassen. Keine Spültücher, kein Spülmittel, kein Geschirrtuch, keine Kaffeemaschine. Weder Besen noch Staubsauger. Wenn man zu dritt 4 Tage nur frühstückt, bleiben Krümel nicht aus.

Zentrale Lage

Wir erhielten mitten im Urlaub eine Nachricht, dass wir auf Grund eines Wasserschadens ausziehen müssen. Haben darauf hin gepackt am nächsten Tag den ganze Vormittag gewartet und dann selbst noch einmal nachgefragt und plötzlich war alles ok und wir konnten bleiben. Nimmt einem natürlich die Entspannung.

Tutto perfetto. La struttura sia come posizione che come finiture e qualità dell’appartamento; davvero molto bello ed elegante.. grazie ancora a Stefano (il proprietario) per la magnifica esperienza che ci ha fatto vivere (non dovuta) improvvisata ma apprezzata tantissimo .. quindi mi viene solo da dire grazie

L’appartamento è bellissimo, in posizione centrale ma molto silenzioso. L’arredamento è stupendo e fornisce tutto il necessario per un ottimo soggiorno. Il personale è stato estremamente cordiale e disponibile ad accogliere qualsiasi nostra richiesta.

Purtroppo non si può lasciare l’auto vicino perché il centro è chiuso, parcheggio a 25,00 al giorno e centro e zona molto affollata e turistica
