We had a fantastic stay in San Martino. This was our third time to stay here but first time with our baby! Exceptional location with a lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful church in Lazise, fantastic aircon and a wonderful helpful host (Davide). Only a short walk to the nearby beach. Also for any young families reading this and are unsure from reading the description, a travel cot was provided by the host!

The location is great, but TOO EXPENSIVE for what you get

The apartment is in a great location and the balcony is supercute. For the rest it is just an apartment. It was NOT worth the money I paid for it. I paid 340 euro's for 2 nigths and that is really too much for this apartment.

The price is far too high for what you get. You cannot park your car near the apartment.

The apartment is in a great location. I was concerned at first because of the church directly across the way but no issues with bells at all. the apartment was very clean, the bed comfortable and quite roomy. It was very quiet. David supplied the apartment with all sorts of items for breakfast, which was much appreciated. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Just renovated, large, very clean property, located right in the historical center of the town. Free of charge secure (with guards) parking within 2 minutes walk from the apartment. The manager/owner was kind and helpful.

Really nothing to report. The owner was very flexible-we arrived late.

Location was excellent with it being in the centre of Lazise, the apartment was very nice and spacious with the balcony overlooking the church.

Unfortunately we was there on market day and they set up very early and was very noisy.

Heizung schaltet nachts ab und bei abfallender Temperatur nicht wieder an. Toilettensitz war locker, Türe der Duschkabine war defekt. Im Doppelbett eine große Matratze wenn sich einer bewegt hat wurde der/die andere Person wach gerüttelt. Die erste Kaffeemaschine war defekt, Sie wurde ausgetauscht. Auch die 2. Kaffeemaschine war defekt. Somit hatten wir am Freitag und Samstag leider keinen Kaffee

Das Apartment enthält alles was man braucht.

David war sehr pünktlich, zuvorkommend u wäre jederzeit erreichbar gewesen. Wir hatten Glück u konnten zum Be u Entladen direkt vor die Haustür fahren. Die Treppe zum Apartment ins 1. OG ist steil, war für uns aber okay. Man ist direkt in der schönen Innenstadt, das haben wir sehr genossen.

Man darf nur mit dem Auto zum Haus wenn die Stadtampel grün leuchtet. War für uns kein Problem.

Für uns war das ein perfekter Familienurlaub in und um Lazise. Wir kommen wieder :-)

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist unschlagbar. Mitten im Zentrum von Lazise gelegen, ist man direkt am Marktplatz und innerhalb weniger Schritte dann auch am kleinen Hafen angelangt. Trotz der zentralen Lage und des geschäftigen Treibens in der beschaulichen Altstadt, war es im Apartment im ersten Stock recht ruhig. Man konnte sich sowohl direkt in den abendlichen Trubel stürzen, das Treiben in der Stadt vom kleinen Balkon aus bei einem Glas Wein genießen oder einfach nur im Apartment ausruhen und die nächsten Aktivitäten planen. Der Gastgeber Davide war immer hilfsbereit und Stand über Textnachrichten mit Ratschlägen zur Verfügung. Wir hatten auch seine Telefonnummer, auf die wir im Notfall hätten zurückgreifen können, was aber zum Glück nicht notwendig war. Wir hatten am Ende unseres Aufenthalts noch ein sehr nettes Abschlussgespräch mit Davide :-)

Die Unterkunft war super, was man aber wissen sollte: Da das Apartment direkt im Zentrum der Altstadt liegt, sind die Zufahrtsmöglichkeiten für PKWs begrenzt. Hierzu am Besten vor der Anreise informieren…

Prachtige locatie, midden in het centrum met een balkon en uitzicht op de kerk! Veel ruimte! Fijne communicatie met de eigenaar.

Na 10 uur in de ochtend kan er niet met de auto bij het appartement gekomen worden, dus bij aankomst moesten we met de spullen door het centrum lopen. Kort stukje, uiteindelijk geen groot probleem.

Wie immer sehr zufrieden!

Ich war bereits mehrere Male in diesem Apartment und werde immer wieder kommen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und ganz besonders, unmittelbar gegenüber der Kirche. Es ist sehr geräumig, super sauber und hat einen entzückenden Balkon, der jedes Mal genutzt wird, um sich nach einem Tag auf den Beinen zu erholen und einen gemütlichen Abend bei einem Gläschen Wein zu verbringen. Der Gastgeber ist bei Fragen gut zu erreichen und außerordentlich freundlich.
