Wonderfull days with perfect view and a lot of dreamlike moments

It was a very pleasant stay. The accomodation was absolutely clean and the appartment is located perfect. If you love the busy streets of Lazise then you will appreciate this stay and your vacation will be a pleasure with perfect view. The appartment was absolutely clean, Davide very friendly and helpful. All fine.

Would not recommend for more than two people

We liked the location— in the heart of it all in Lazise. Lots to see and do there. We like the affordable price.

The air conditioning is weak. It’s a floor unit so it doesn’t get dispersed well, leaving the space barely cool. We discovered the hard way that you cannot run the washing machine and dryer at the same time because it blew out power to the unit. Took awhile to get it back online, which meant no AC, WiFi, etc. took multiple sessions in the dryer to dry our clothes (4of us), which was a hassle. Unit had no soap for the shower which was inconvenient. Overall we wouldn’t stay here again.

Excellent location, fantastic view - loved the apartment!

Authentic accommodation in a central, lively, pedestrianised, location, with an excellent view of the harbour. Restaurants, cafes, shops, on your doorstep. The lake just around the corner. The owner responded quickly and helpfully.

Excellent location and comfortable accommodation

The location was spot on. The comfort of the accommodation and the friendliness of David the host. Nothing was too much trouble.

Although on the whole the apartment was very clean there was a part of the fridge that hadn't been cleaned. Also we couldn't find a toaster or kettle.

The entire experience was awesome. Davide is an excellent host, and went above and beyond to make our experience special. The location can't be beat! I highly recommend this property.

The mattress in the bedroom was very soft. The apartment sits right above a cofee shop, so there was some cigarette smoke coming up. In spite of that, I would stay there again, the location right in the middle of the historic center is worth it. It made it very convenient and easy, especially with 3 young children.

I can’t say it was an issue but be aware it is very noisy from 9am - midnight due to the volume of foot traffic. The breakfast wasn’t great as the choice was very limited but they do the best cappuccino 👍

Exceptional

Stayed for 3 night for my wife's 40th. Lazise is gorgeous and you could not ask for a better location. Sitting on the balcony you feel very special and the cafe underneath is fantastic. We had the first floor and the room is clean, tv and wifi great with a modern kitchen and bathroom, you can't fault it. The views and atmosphere are lovely with local shops and pretty walk ways. It's family friendly and we will bring our 11yo and 9yo here for a visit. I'll 100% be recommending Lazise and the apartment to my friends and family.

Spacious apartment right in the centre of Lazise with wonderful views

The location was amazing, right in the centre of the pedestrian zone overlooking the harbour and the lake. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. The bed was not very comfortable but fine for a few nights. The host was very helpful and met us to let us in exactly when agreed. Overall, an excellent apartment and a lovely short break.

Great apartment. Amazing location!

The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the balcony a lot. The location couldn’t be better!

The parking was far away (outside the harbor city), which made it difficult to bring our luggage to the apartment. This was not made clear in the description. We were not greeted by our host at the arrival, instead his friend whom did not speak English. Quite disappointing because we had some questions, that we couldn’t get an answer to.

Posizione fantastica in pieno centro, a due passi dal lago. Bellissimo il terrazzino che dava sul presepe sommerso. Struttura pulita e comoda, cucina con tutti gli accessori necessari. Self check in e check out, ma se contattato in caso di bisogno il proprietario risponde subito, molto gentile e disponibile. Prezzo veramente onesto data la posizione.

Abbiamo prenotato per 4 persone, ma il divano letto per la terza e la quarta persona non era pronto, abbiamo dovuto aprirlo noi. Qualche piccolo dettaglio da sistemare, ma nel complesso un’ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo data la posizione. Tener conto delle due rampe di scale.

Carinissimo appartamento in una location fantastica. Comodo a tutto e in questo periodo natalizio ancora più suggestivo. Il panorama e la vista della natività dalla finestra una chicca in piu. Pulito, con tuto ciò che può servire anche la lavatrice.

Ein super Appartement im Herzen des bezaubernden Lazise

Super Lage im Herzen der Altstadt mit Blick auf den Bootshafen und den See, sehr geräumiges Appartement mit prima Ausstattung, Restaurants, Geschäfte und Lebensmittelläden gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Bushaltestelle, Schiffsanlegestelle und Taxistand sind ganz in der Nähe. Es war eine wunderschöne Promenade am See mit toller Atmosphäre auch in den Gassen. Das bezaubernde Lazise ist von einer mittelalterlichen Stadtmauer umrahmt. Man ist mitten im pulsierenden Leben.

Bei der Fahrt mit öffentlichen Bussen muss man sehr viel Geduld aufbringen.

Magnifique appartement au cœur de la ville historique avec vue fabuleuse sur le port.

Boîte à clefs et indications très claires de Davide, il était d'ailleurs de très bon conseil et disponible. Appartement très agréable et bien agencé avec des meubles de qualité, vue fabuleuse sur le port, climatisation bien pratique , cuisine spacieuse et salle de bain pratique. Double exposition et le deuxième étage permet d'observer la frénésie de la ville en toute tranquillité. Enfin l'emplacement est idéal ai cœur de la ville historique sans aucun vis à vis.

Un égouttoir pour la vaisselle et un aspirateur un plie performant 😇.

Fremragende beliggenhed, lejligheden var rent og velholdt. Værten var i særklasse serviceminded og svarede altid lynhurt

Placering helt ned til havnen i Lazise var helt perfekt. Værten Davide gav en udsøgt service og svarede lynhurtigt hvis man havde spørgsmål. Han hjalp endda med at finde en god lokal restaurant og booke bord.

Nej stedet, omgivelserne og værten var helt i top. Det er ikke sidste gang vi har boet her:)

Schöner Kurztrip

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir haben den angebotenen Parkplatz in Anspruch genommen, den Preis finden wir gerechtfertigt, zumal der Parkplatz nicht weit entfernt ist. Das Apartment selbst ist so schön wie auf den Fotos und alles war blitzsauber, den kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf den Hafen und den See haben wir gerne genutzt.

Wir waren Mitte Mai in Lazise und es war bereits voller als wir erwartet hatten. Dadurch war es besonders tagsüber und am frühen Abend sehr laut, wenn wir mal auf dem Balkon saßen. Uns hat es nicht sonderlich gestört, aber man sollte sich dessen bewusst sein.

للامانه الأثاث ممتاز ونوعيه فاخره واشكر المضيف على ذلك ، اشكر اصحاب المحلات والسكان الذين تجاوبوا معي ويبحثون لي عن حل في ايجاد المكان

المواقف بعيده صاحب الشناط الكثيره سيتعب ، المقهى تحت الشقه هناك ازعاج قليلا ، المضيف العزيز ان تعطي رقم سري للمفاتيح ويوجد باب في الاسفل اضطرت للانتظار ٤ ساعات حتى دخلت الشقه عزيزي المضيف هاتفك لايعمل او لا ادري ماسبب التاخر والموقع في بوكنك ليس على كل حال يتوفر النت لكي أراسلك وانتظر الاجابه أشكرك على إرسالك لشخص ما لفتح الباب

Beste Lage von Lazise, einfach mitten im Leben.

Beste Lage in Lazise, Balkon direkt zum Hafen und der Promenade. Grosszügige Räume, Ausstattung die alles bietet was man braucht und noch viel mehr.

Die Matratze hätte etwas härter sein dürfen und der Nachteil der super Lage ist dass man erst sehr spät die Fenster öffnen kann wenn es draussen ruhiger geworden ist. Dafür haben die Fenster aber eine wirklich gute Schallisolierung.

Tolle Unterkunft!

Großzugiges Appartement mit perfekter Lage in Lazise. Der tolle Balkon mit Blick auf den Hafen/ See lädt zum Frühstück oder auf ein Glas Wein ein und gehört sicher zu den schönsten in der Stadt.

Im Hafen sind natürlich Bars die Abends auch lärm verursachen. Das bringt die zentrale Lage nun mal mit sich, war aber kein Problem.
