Nice place, awful check-in which took 40 minutes.

Check-in was a disaster. It took 40 minutes. The address supplied here on BDC is one block over from the entrance. There was no sign of the 'reception' mentioned on BDC. The actual entrance was on a different street. It took 20 minutes of calling before the phone was answered. We then received detailed video instructions on getting the key and getting to the flat. EXCEPT IT WAS THE WRONG APARTMENT. Again no answer to phone calls and eventually a text with a different apartment number. My wife who is 73 was by then in agony from the cold and from needing the bathroom. It really spoiled what would have been a very nice stay.

Difficult to find No loungers at pool Beds not comfortable After our 1 night stay we were told we needed to pay 90 euros for damage and not following house rules. A photo was sent of house rules which said all areas to be tidied and rubbish put out. I was sent photos of the "evidence". Clean pots in dishwasher ( I put all pots I'm dishwasher and put it on before we left.) Crumbs in sink (after I washed pans I left sink to drain and forgot to go back and run tap to swill Crumbs out. Shock! Horror!) Two coffee drops on worktop (no clothes or sprays were provided so unsure what I was supposed to do about them) Some hair stuck to a tile in the shower (Apparently this means we left the bathroom "disgusting ") The owner wants us to buy him a new lounger as a small bit of plastic is broken on it. I'm not sure this was us as soon as we sat on it a bit fell off. However either way, this is a spare part that does not cost 90 euros. It is clear to me the owner begrudges having to do any cleaning when people only stay one night so he tries to charge extra "damages" as there is another similar review on here To future guests- please make sure you check amd take photos of damage when you arrive. To the owner- change your rules from "tidy all areas" to "clean all areas" and provide suitable cleaning equipment. Also if you want guests to clean the whole apartment yourself there is no need to have check out at 10am and check in at 4pm is there?

Superb location, walking distance from Lazise centre. Big terrace with lake view! Very well equiped appartment with dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer and parking spot. It did have WIFI (Booking mentioned it didn't). Very good beds and very nice towels in the bathroom. Fantastic pool!

Make sure you get in contact with the owner before arrival to get the correct adres and instrunctions for the keys. When we arrived we couldn't find the building. (The location pin on the map on Booking is in the wrong place + if you search on googlemaps: Mahatma Residence, it directs you to the wrong house. The name of property is not on the doorbels or on a tag. Booking stated that the keys are at the reception. But there is no reception.) All of this is quite confusing. But if you contact the owner in advance he will give you very clear instructions on how to get to the keys and get to the appartment.

Nicola è una persona davvero molto accogliente, disponibile e servizievole. Fa tanto in un soggiorno lo staff e lui è stato impeccabile, si occupa di tutti gli aspetti . la struttura è bella e pulita niente da dire, anzi. Consigliato e noi torneremo sicuramente. Sei vicino a servizi e non manca nulla posizione ottima.

Bellissima vacanza, sicuramente da ripetere

Tutto perfetto, appartamento pulito e in ottime condizioni. È presente tutto il necessario per una vacanza in completo relax(compreso il phon😉) essendo inverno l’ambiente è davvero molto caldo e abbiamo apprezzato. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono vari supermercati quindi non è necessario portare nulla da casa.

Titolare Ambiguo, Servizio Pessimo

Il proprietario deve cambiare mestiere, è un tipo molto strano.. Per trovare l'appartamento bisogna fare la caccia al tesoro, nonostante l'avessi chiamato più volte trovavo risposte sbrigative e non si capiva nulla. Avevo capito che lui era in casa e bastava che uscisse dal balcone per farsi vedere ma forse non ci arrivava.. In casa non c'è nulla, neanche un po di carta.. La casa è sporca e in condizioni pessime, sicuramente sarà stato poco simpatico a molti in quanto dalle recensioni si evince e anche dalle condizioni dell'appartamento. Mai piu.

Relax al lago

Posizione fantastica , leggermente fuori dal centro ma raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata, appartamento attrezzato di tutto ciò che serve, spazio esterno bello per poter mangiare fuori o fare una bella grigliata, molto pulito e soprattutto proprietario gentilissimo, ci ha dato tanti consigli utili per trascorrere al meglio il nostro weekend

Ben organizzata.

La cortesia dell'host che si è dimostrato subito disponibile e attento. La casetta è situata in un posto tranquillo per il periodo in cui abbiamo soggiornato noi, con tutti i comfort: macchina del caffè, televisione, riscaldamento, phon, asse da stiro, bollitore, forno microonde, biancheria da letto pulita, biancheria da bagno, shampoo e sapone.

Niente di particolare. Non è molto insonorizzata e se hai bambini al piano di sopra al mattino ti svegliano perché si sente tutto tutto tutto, rinnoverei l'impianto elettrico: troppe ciabatte elettriche.(questo è solo un consiglio non una critica) e cambierei la lavatrice.

Ca. 8-900m vom Zentrum Lazise ist sehr angenehm!

Die Ausstattung des im 1. Stock gelegenen Appartements ist alt, teils kaputt; die Möbel sind völlig "abgestoßen" und teils vom Sperrmüll! Die Sauberkeit ist grauenhaft: Gewischt wurden nur ebene Flächen, in den Ecken und Kanten, auf Heizkörpern und unter Betten und Möbeln liegt jahrealter Staub/Schmutz! Die Fugen und Kanten der Duschkabine zeigten sich in erbarmungswürdigem Zustand mit Rost und Dreck! Nach Ankündigung der Uhrzeit der Ankunft musste der Vermieter noch 3mal angerufen werden, bevor es 30 Minuten später zur Schlüsselübergabe kam. Mit einer am 2. Tag gesandten Email reklamierte ich das ständig laufende Wasser der Toilette (nachts entsprechene Geräuschbelästigung!); NULL Reaktion. Dieses Appartement ist stark renovierungsbedürftig; hat seinen Charme verloren. Es ist ca. 1.200 € für 8 Tage im September NICHT wert; der Vermieterservice ist katastrophal!

Absolute Katastrophenunterkunft. Die Bewertung von über 8,0 ist mir ein absolutes Rätsel.

Die Lage war gut

Das Apartment war extrem muffig. Küche war mindestens 30-40 Jahre alt, Spüle war eigentlich weiß, aber im Spülbecken total braun. Ein unerträglicher Geruch hat sich nach dem Öffnen der Spülmaschine verbreitet. Alles sehr unsauber und schmuddelig. Dusche total verkalkt und mit Schimmel. Wasser kam nur aus dem Brausekopf an der Decke, aber nicht aus der Handbrause. Putz im Flur teilweise von den Wänden gebröckelt und mit Schimmel versehen.

Ruhige und doch zentrale Lage mit Seeblick

Schöner grosser sauberer Pool, grosses Gartengrundstück mit Blick auf den See. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Auch die Nähe zu Lazise hat uns gefallen.

Schöner Urlaub mit super Wetter und einer vernünftigen Unterkunft. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder :)

Gute Lage wenige Gehminuten von Lazise entfernt und auch die Wohnung Ansich völlig in Ordnung . Mit Hund und Kind ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Die Matratzen waren für unsere Verhältnisse zu weich und etwas durchgelegen. Könnten mal erneuert werden.

Tolle Lage, schöner Pool

Die Lage ist super, man kann zu Fuß in die Altstadt und an den See und es ist trotzdem ruhig. Der Pool ist groß und sehr sauber. Parkplatz vor Ort.

Wir hatten zu fünft nur einen Schlüssel (man braucht den auch, wenn man das Gelände verlassen möchte). Keine Liegen am Pool.

Riesiger Pool, zwar ohne Liegen und Schatten. Wir haben uns im Pool abgekühlt und haben auf unserer großen Terrasse relaxt, somit abolut kein Problem, dass es keine Liegen/schirme direkt am Pool gibt. Großer abgesperrter Parkplatz und eine sehr schöne, gepflegte Außenanlage. Ausstattung der Wohnung zwar nicht die neueste, es ist aber alles vorhanden was man braucht und vor allem sauber. Für den Preis definitiv top.

Tutto completamente perfetto..l.alloggio era molto bello e accogliente...la posizione perfetta per chi come noi è andato ai parchi e per chi vuole andare in centro Lazise...il proprietario gentilissimo e super preciso per il check in ..

Appartamento basico in residence (di altri residenti), piscina e prato condominiale ben curati.

Il Residence è in una strada vicino al centro, molto facile da raggiungere (anche se le indicazioni del punto di ingresso/accesso all'appartamento non sono per niente chiare: serve farsi dare indicazioni precise al telefono - dato che non c'è una reception e l'indirizzo sulla prenotazione booking porta a dei box dove non c'è alcun nome a cui suonare) Spazio del giardino e piscina molto ben curato e pulito (più bella dal vivo che in foto). Residence molto tranquillo. Notte silenziosa. A 600mt (in discesa/salita) c'è un bar dove poter fare colazione. Il proprietario dopo le difficoltà di comunicazione si è mostrato molto gentile e accogliente. La vista del lago, come dalle foto è bella, da lontano, molto piacevole e lontano dal caos turistico.

Difficoltà nel accedere alla struttura per un contrattempo del proprietario, che dopo un iniziale contatto telefonico non è stato più raggiungibile, e siamo state in 4 per un ora sotto il sole in un parcheggio ad aspettare che venisse a darci accesso al residence. Bastava che mi mandasse un messaggio e mi avvisasse delle 2ore di ritardo rispetto all'orario di check-in concordato nero su bianco via email - siamo state in ansia su un marciapiede, per più di un'ora con la paura che fosse una truffa. L'appartamento è in un residence condominiale: non c'è una reception, una portineria, nulla. Sono case private. Si deve aspettare una persona che porti le chiavi a mano e mostri l'appartamento tra tanti di un piccolo complesso di villette a schiera. Assenza di tovaglioli/straccio nell'area della cucina. Esiste un solo unico specchio in bagno (in 4 donne è stato problematico!!). Il prezzo: per una notte, per il servizio avuto... non è un affare. Da valutare la qualità prezzo. Arredamento essenziale, cucina sembra recuperata con macchie sul legno. Non ci sono punti luce soffusi. (unica piccola lampada del comodino nella matrimoniale non funzionava. Difficile chiedere assistenza alle h23 in pigiama.

Super freundlich. Haben beim Auschecken ein wichtiges Gepäckstück liegen gelassen und wurden ein paar Stunden später super freundlich darüber informiert. Konnten es auch gleich unkompliziert wieder abholen. Echt top! Auch der Pool war super.

Schöne Lage, aber sehr runter gekommen

Die Aussicht und die Ruhe

Das Appartement ist sehr einfach. Das haben wir zwar anhand der Bilder geahnt. Dass es aber derart verwohnt und runter ist, zeigen die Bilder natürlich nicht. Die Matratzen sind unbequem, das Badezimmer zeigt deutliche Abnutzungserscheinigungen. Die Schubladen der Nachttische fallen bald auseinander. Die Dunstabzugshaube könnte ebenfalls mal gründlich gereinigt werden, von den Haaren auf der Matratze mal abgesehen. Der Preis für 3 Nächte ist absolut überzogen. Schade, dass hier nicht mal renoviert wurde.

La très grande disponibilité du gérant, qui a été chaleureux, avenant et de très bons conseils, notamment sur les bonnes adresses du coin. Le logement est a proximité du centre de Lazise, qui est la plus ancienne commune d'Italie (An 834).

Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden! Kurze Wege in die Altstadt Lazise!

Die angabe der Adresse war gut, somit wurde die Wohnung sehr gut gefunden. Es handelt sich um mehrere Reihenhäuser mit je 2 Wohneinheiten, EG mit Terasse und OG mit großem Balkon auf Süd-/Westseite und kleinerem Balkon auf Nord-Ost-Seite. Wir erhielten eine OG-Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf den Gardasee. Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer für je 2 Erwachsene. Im Notfall können zusätzlich 2 Personen auf der Couch im Ess-/Wohnbereich unterkommen, was jedoch sehr beengt sein wird. Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der Elektrobackofen und der Gasherd sind gewöhnungsbedürftig, nach 2 Tagen jedoch beherschbar. Ausreichend Geschirr für 4-6 Personen vorhanden. Im Bad befindet sich Fön und Waschmaschine, sogar Handtücher waren vorhanden. Fernseher mit deutschen SAT-Programm. Abgesperrter, kostenloser Parkplatz. Super Außenpool (natürlich im April noch zu kalt). In 7-10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Gardasee und in der Altstadt von Lazise mit allem, was man sich wünscht. Einkaufsmarkt (SPAR) ebenfalls in 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Lage ist super!! Der Vermieter spricht nicht deutsch, auf englisch kann man sich jedoch verständigen. Er war sehr informativ, was die Umgebung, die Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten betraf. Die gesamte Anlage (ich schätze 16 Reihenhäuser á 2 Wohnungen) wird von unterschiedlichen Anbietern angeboten. Wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden und können diese Anlage gerne empfehlen.

Im Vorfeld hat die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr gut funktioniert. Die Schlüsselübergabe war etwas kompliziert, jedoch waren wir deutlich früher angereist, als vorgesehen. An der Unterkunft war leider nicht erkennbar, wohin man sich wenden soll, daher war nur über den Booking-Kontakt erreichbar, hat sich dann jedoch sehr kurzfristig gemeldet und mitgeteilt, wann Wohnung fertig ist und die Schlüsselübergabe stattfinden kann. Balkon mit Tisch, Stühlen, jedoch nur 1 sehr einfacher Liegestuhl.

tolle Lage und schöner Seeblick

Wir waren durch die Beschreibung bei Booking etwas skeptisch, was diese Unterkunft betraf, wurden aber von dem günstigen Preis gelockt. Wir wurden absolut überrascht. Entgegen der Beschreibung gab es einen super privaten und abgeschlossenen Parkplatz und auch WLAN war vorhanden und sogar gut. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung war genau so, wie beschrieben. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was wir benötigten, es gab eine Kaffeemaschine und dazugehörige Kapseln. Die Handtücher waren weich und in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist auf jeden Fall noch ausbaufähig. Es gab abgepackte Croissant und Zwieback, Brot, Marmelade, Honig, Milch und Wasser. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Man ist in ca 10 Minuten ins Zentrum gelaufen, wo es zahlreiche Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Wir wurden gut empfangen und haben sogar noch ein paar Tips für die Umgebung erhalten. Der Ausblick vom Balkon Richtung See ist einfach super. Wir waren sehr begeistert.
