It was fine, but not actually worth the money. We’ve stayed at way better apartments in Lazise

The location is perfect, pretty close to the centre/boulevard of Lazise. The pool was really nice, the apartment was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Airco in both bedrooms was nice and we really liked the big garden/terrace.

The pool was ‘closed’ between 13:00 - 15:30 which is not easy to explain to a toddler when the pool is literally your backyard. Besides the opening hours it was mandatory to wear a bathing cap. The outside furniture felt like breaking apart and all the glassware was dirty. The shower was actually dramatic: it took a really long time before getting warm enough, and then it went from hot to cold to hot to cold and so on. The water pressure was so low it was just not even nice to shower.

Small oase in a busy beach town

It is a lovely place with four apartments set in a beautiful garden with a pool.

There was some dust in the apartment, otherwise it was clean. And the extractor hood was missing.

Die Lage und der Pool sind sehr gut. Der „private“ Parkplatz ist auch angenehm. Die Zimmer groß.

Möbel sehr alt und teilweise schon verbraucht. Außengelände nicht gepflegt und schaut nicht gerade einladend aus. Ausstattung ist sehr minimal.

Perfecte locatie in appartement met potentie, als er wat meer onderhoud wordt gepleegd.

Locatie aan de rand van Lazise is perfect. Relatief rustig gelegen, hoofdweg oversteken en binnen 10 minuten lopen sta je in het gezellige levendige centrum. Eigen zwembad bij het appartement was ook heerlijk. De meeste ligbedjes waren prima, maar er waren er ook paar wel aan vervanging toe. Tuin ook mooi. Vermoedelijke eigenaar heeft er ook een appartement, zijn aardige mensen.

Het had best iets schoner mogen zijn. Over algemeen genomen was het wel netjes, maar er zaten toch aardig wat plekken met spinnewebben. Wat echt tegenviel was het stromend water. Totaal geen waterdruk. Kranen in keuken en badkamer moeten ook dringend vervangen worden, lijkt we, alsof het waterfilter mist, waardoor er een piercing straaltje water uitkomt. En over warm water maar niet te spreken, als je geluk hebt dan heb je 30 seconden warm water, dan 2 minuten wachten tot de volgende 30 seconden.

Lage super, Unterkunft etwas verbraucht - Pool sehr schön und Anlage auch

Fantastische Lage, war halt wie beschrieben. Schöne Aussenanlage, war sehr gepflegt. Die Wohnung war ok, jedoch das Mobiliar schon sehr verbraucht. Eigentümer wohnen auch im Haus, haben das komplette Management aber abgegeben und läuft über das Nachbarhotel. Sehr ruhige Lage, genug Liegen für alle.

Wasserboiler und Perlator an den Wasserhähnen ( <- nicht vorhanden!) ist stark erneuerungsbedürftig. Wasserdruck und Warmwasser ist ein Glücksspiel. Zum Duschen Zeit einplanen! Auch das Geschirr (war für 4 Personen gebucht) - nur 3 Tassen, man muss sich halt behelfen und improvisieren. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt ok, wenn renoviert wird, ist die Unterkunft TOP!

Tolle Lage, alles andere war wirklich sehr enttäuschend.

Das Beste war der Pool und die gute Lage

Alte Möbel, defekte Toillette, keine Kaffeemaschine. Außerdem war die Whg dreckig. Ich habe nochmals geputzt und der Eimer war schwarz!Marode Balkonmöbel, nicht ausreichend Liegen, die auch funktionieren. Kommunikation vorab war schlecht. Sind einen Tag früher abgereist.
