    Perfectly located to watch the balloons in the morning as well as the evening sunset. The breakfast is outstanding with homemade pastries and a huge selection of fruit, spreads, etc. Staff is friendly and helpful. One thing to be aware of is that its located on a small hill in a quiet village with not as many restaurant/ shopping options as in Goreme.

    Well appointed and very hospitable. Great ballon ride views, but somewhat away from Goreme hustle. Great if you have a car. We stayed at beginning by of spring so many facilities were still being brought up (restaurant one only for bfast). I can imagine it would be great in peak summer. People were great and go out of way to make you happy

    The staff are really friendly here, including their hotel dog that greets you every morning. Breakfast are amazing with a stunning view. Not much facilities in the hotel but it is in a good location to explore around.

    Pros: The views are beautiful from this hotel, breakfast was good, thry hold luggage for late checkout, and you get the experience of living in a cave. Cons: The staff did not have the best hospitality, for example, I would say good morning and then certain staff members wouldn't say it back. The tours that they book for you were consistently more expensive than those I found online. The cleaning crew was nice but do not expect your room to actually cleaned, they will only switch out towels and take out trash. We switched rooms during our stay and one of the new bedsheets had blood stains. When leaving, we had a flight at 11 pm and they refused to allow a late checkout even though I had checked in very late myself when I first arrived at the hotel (5 am). They had multiple available rooms at the time. Overall, I felt like the hospitality could have improved throughout the stay.
