    The hotel is ran by a family and Yusuf was the one who assisted us in the check in process. We got upgraded to a junior suite upon arrival according to Yusuf which was amazing. Some things to note, rooms aren’t very sound proof despite being in the cave so do take note and being in the cave the ventilation isn’t the best so you may need to open the window which in our case opens to the road so it can be a bit noisy and dirty and privacy is definitely a concern. Overall it’s a good experience if you’re looking to experience living in a cave hotel. Hotel is also located about 5-10 mins from the center.

    My experience with the hotel owner was disappointing. Initially, he offered to provide services like shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, hot air balloon ride, ATV ride, and horse riding. But when I compared his rates with GetYourGuide and other local operators, I found them to be significantly higher. When I brought this to his attention, he was unwilling to negotiate or adjust the prices. In fact, he quoted an even higher price than initially agreed upon - DO NOT BUY ANY SERVICE FROM HOTEL. Apart from that, Kismet Cave Mansion is a family-owned property who provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The room was comfortable, and the host was hospitable indeed, especially the father of the hotel owner who made us a special warm omelette for breakfast, which was a lovely touch. While the family's hospitality was great, the hotel owner's business practices left a sour taste. Summary:- A fine stay but watch out for Extravagant prices.
