Beautiful Cave Hotel with Outstanding Service We had a wonderful stay overall. The hotel is beautiful, and our room was partially built into a cave, with the original cave perfectly integrated into the rest of the room. It was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with a large bathroom and a lovely sitting area at the entrance. Breakfast was magnificent, with a perfect combination of a wide variety of delicious Turkish dishes and some international options. The staff deserves a special mention — everyone was incredibly attentive, helpful, and welcoming. The service was truly outstanding. The only issue we had was with the air conditioning, which unfortunately did not cool the room properly. One of the nights was particularly uncomfortable and we didn’t sleep well because of the heat. Other than that, it was a beautiful hotel and a very enjoyable experience.

The hotel is beautiful, with lovely common areas and a great atmosphere. Unfortunately, our Superior Room was in a separate annex that felt dated and lacked the charm of the main building.

What disappointed us most was the attitude of two reception staff members. They were consistently dismissive and sarcastic, making us feel unwelcome throughout our stay. We rarely leave negative reviews, but genuine hospitality matters just as much as the hotel itself.
